I liked the overall atmosphere and the nice restaurant and staff. It was a pleasure staying at such a nice hotel. All and all it made our honeymoon even better. I liked the spa downstairs. |

Clean, friendly, helpful, quiet, breakfast not bad, rooms adequate and comfortable, no problems with any requests Not very noticeable as a hotel and a little out of the way of the main area |

The hotel staff was friendlly. The breakfast was excellent, nice view from the 8th floor. The room is too small, No place for opening 2 suitcase in a same time. No cupboards. The hotel is located opposite with a construction site, which is actually gives the view from the room. |

staff were good and the spa was lovely. Room was compact but well thought out, overall good value hotel and would stay again. the breakfast was repetetive and the hot dishes were luke warm but the views were spectacular. Would have benefitted from a little extra storage space in the room. |

With the exception of the restaurant, first class. The shower should be enclosed better so one doesn't wet most of the bathroom when using it. The restaurant on the Hotel's 8th floor was outlandishly expensive for dinner. Judged by the prices, the food wasn't that good. |

Stark environment. Construction across the roadway impeding view. No restaurant. Bed linens limited to heavy feather down cover often too warm. |

The location is close to information centre, shopping centre and restaurant. Breakfast is good. Staff are helpful. There's no computer inside the hotel and not convenient for travellers that did not bring along with them a notebook. |

Located only a few minutes walk from city centre. Hot water running in the bathroom is sulfar spring water. We only regret that there was not a bath tub. |

Room was very clean, included breakfast was good. Room was essentially a closet. Since there was no air conditioning and the window opened to an alley and trash, the room was uncomfortably warm. To make matters worse, the staff did not move us to another room when we first requested. They did offer after the second night (of three), but it was too little, too late. |

Situation very good, in general a hotel I could recommend to any visitor of Iceland. A bit messy during breakfast, probably to many guests at the same time for only two girls to handle. |

Nice breakfast served in the top floor with good views. There was no wardrobe (nor a single drawer!!!) in our room. Only a few shelves and some hangers. The screen on the bathtube was too small. No public access computer in the hotel so we were sent to another hotel of the same brand. |

Very central, yet there was no outside street noise. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean. Lovely breakfast on top floor. |

The Panorama Restaurant, where the included breakfast buffet is held, offers excellent views. The breakfast offered a variety of good choices. |

Cleanliness of our room, view from restaurant on 8th floor, interior style of lobby Only one member of the reception staff had access to the storage room (unpractical). In general the architecture of the hotel was not very well chosen: location of entrance to hotel not very clear, noise from party on 8th floor (our room was on the 4th floor) until late in the evening, traffic noise, colours/layout/signs/material choices are not functional for a natural flow for customers through... |

Well located and efficiently run hotel - staff/service was excellent. Good value for Reykjavik - good breakfast. We booked a superior room through booking.com but were given a standard room when we arrived. After raising the issue with reception the following day we were given a much bigger and better located room- they should have known that we booked a superior room. |
