A bath in the room was wonderful, comfortable bed, easy to walk to the centre of town, good restaurant. The room was a bit small. |

The location is simply unbeatable, smack in the centre of Reykjavik, just a couple of minutes walk away from the harbour. Very limited, but free, hotel parking is available. |

We hade a 2 night swpover in Iceland. We appreciated the central location. It was easy to get to the restaurants and the tours were able to pick us up at the door. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Sometimes breakfast is just a roll and coffee but you offered everything. The internet was a plus and kept my graqndchildren happy. |

proximity to shopping, restaurants, sites of interest is excellent, as is the view from waterside room and the Panorama restaurant, walking is easy and feels safe; not so close to bars that weekend revelers were bothersome; the room, despite the lack of a closet is cleverly designed, minimalist & functional; the breakfast buffet offers a broad selection; the on-site spa is a spoiler! although internet access was available for those who travel with laptops etc., there was no on-site computer for guest use |

it was very close to city centre, the braekfast was very good the ice machine outside my room was very noisy and kept me awake the first night so i had to wear earplugs on the remaining nights |

I liked the awesome view of the mountains out my window There were only 4 channels to watch on the tv, two double beds pushed together made sleeping not so pleasant, there wasn't a shower stall for the shower and the room was very small. |

Ideally located, very helpful staff and a treat to have the small spa on site. With free internet this is an ideal hotel for business travellers. There is a building site across the road, however they don't start too early in the morning. |

Limited Tv channels - only 3 - Sky News and CNN. Also there was limited hanging space for clothes and no drawers. We had to keep all our clothes in the suitcase. Also no bathtub, just a shower |

Ideal for 3 night stay. spa room very nice for relaxing after days sightseeing. Evening meal very nice and reasonable. Breakfast adequate. Views from Panorama Bar will be fantastic when Concert Hall completed. Something needs to be done about shower door over bath. even with towels wedged between bottom of door and bath, the floor was flooding. Water seems to be seeping through hinge of door. Better to have had shower attachment fitted on end wall and directed to back tiled wall. This was an inconvenience morning and night. 2 or 3 drawers would have been appreciated instead of shelves. Lived out of suitcase. Shower and drawers would have made stay more pleasurable. |

The location I thought was perfect, 5 min from the city centre and yet on the waterside with amazing view. The sauna/hot tub facility is very nice the breakfast is very good and in a very nice restaurant with fab view. Comfortable beds. The staff did not make us feel welcome but they were not impolite, just indifferent. The room was really small with little space for clothes and was not cleaned too well with loads of dust under the bed. |
