Location - right on the main shopping street. Very near all the restaurants and bars. Didn't have any problem with noise from the street. Tour organisation - pick up from and drop-off to hotels excellent. Breakfast basic enough but all the essentials on offer. |

good location, convient for shops and restaurants, courteous staffs, modern interior decoration We travel with our 20-month daughter, but during my whole stay (4 nights), we havenot got the babycot. Because all the babycots they had are spoiled. My baby has to sleep on the floor with the thin mattress. |

Our plane landed at about 5am and the check-in was only after 2pm. Anyhow, since there was a room available, we got put into it right away and was welcome to have breakfast that same morning. We also had to leave the hotel at around 4:50am so they had a breakfast ready for us at 4:30am The TV didn't work properly, in fact, the remote seem not to be meant for that specific TV. |

The location was perfect - very centrally located - close to great shopping and restaurants. Very efficient and pleasant staff. They should re-think the design of the shower in the bathroom. It was very hard not to get the entire bathroom floor wet. |

The rooms are very stylish and comfortable. Good wireless connection. The staff could have been a bit more helpful. The elevator in the entrance didn't always work, which is a hassle if you've got luggage. |

Rooms were clean and confortable, the bathroom was very big and the shower was perfect. The room was a bit small, but well organized, nothing serious. |

the staff were so nice. they all could speak english very well. the room was big enough with a modern bathroom and clean towels and all you need in the bathroom. and there was a water cooker in the room and you could make tea or instant coffee. I found it very convinient. Breakfast was very good and they provide early breakfast for those who have early flight . the room service was not very regular and not how I expected to be . the bar was not cool. Hotel is right in the busy street in downtown and you could hear the noice during the night. |

We stayed in this hotel twice. We were in room #306 on the first day we arrived Reykjavik and room #206 the day before we left Iceland. Both rooms are standard double but the size of the bedroom is different. Room #206 has a bigger bathroom (bath tub) but a smaller bedroom area. It's a bit difficult to find a place to open our two suitcases. |

The hotel is stylish. We stayed in a standard double room and the size of the room is a bit small but we managed to find places for our suitcases (2 pcs). The room comes with wireless internet access as well as lan cable. The curtain can't block the early sunlight. We got woke up by the sunlight at 5 something in the morning. The tempreture in the room was a bit hot while the heater was already off. We didn't open the windows cos we prefer to have a quiet environment for sleeping. Regarding the lighting in the room, we took sometime to figure out how to make the lights brighter. |

Excellent location, staff good and helpful. Quite a few things not working in the room, TV and lamps for example. Noisey at weekends from the bar down the road, but knew this when we booked from other reviews. |

Is nicely designed and central location The streetside rooms are located above a pub. In the weekends, there are crowds standing in front of the hotel (smoking) - because there is no good isolation- this will keep you awake all night (pub closes 6am). There is no ventilation in the system, so also the room gets very stuffy because you dont want to open the windows (noise and smoke). Changeing rooms wasnt possible because hotel was full. |

The rooms were very funky but cosy. The location was perfect, 2 mins walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. The breakfast was simple but adequate and we also got breakfast at 5.30am before we headed to the airport on our last morning. The staff were friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay here on a return visit. |
