Rooms all seemed to have a sea view or a glacier view- both were impressive. Food was good. It was a bit further from the sea than anticipated. On our second night there were some big groups which we hadn't been informed about. This meant a substantial wait for dinner. |

The unique hotel avalaible in the area with bathroom in the room for the dates required. The price is too much high for the categorie of the hotel. It was the highest in my travel in Iceland. Luxurious hotels like Hilton in Reykjavik cost just a half. Hotel staff made not appropiated thinks like charge us the room before ckeck-out. |

They had lots of local information. Internet access was available. Staff were pleasant. No double beds, so had to sleep like children. No blackout blinds. Very thin walls, couldn't sleep with snoring from person in another room! |

Friendly staff in dining room. Terrible value for the money. Dorm room. Dirty linens. No hot water. Dirty carpet in hallways. Very loud. We asked for double bed and got three single beds. |

The location is fantastic - on top of the hill, just in front of the Dyrholay reservation. Unlimited parking space. Reasonable breakfast included in the price. As I expressed my unsatisfaction on check-out, the manager agreed to make a discount. I wish I did not have to get it! Our room faced the back side - no view. The strip which raises or lowers the shutters was torn. Liquid soap in the shower ended just during the shower, no replacement. Shower head cannot be hanged - broken equipment. Shower time is measured-water stops after a minute. In short - poor maintanance for a very pricy hotel. Prices of dinner are high compared to what you get. |

Fog spoiled the otherwise amazing view. Quite pricey for the area. Very nice and clean rooms that were very much in the hotel style. |

The hotel was located on a mountain with a beautiful vista. It was clean and comfortable. The staff went well out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. I was happy to stay there and reccomend it if you are staying near Vik. |

Impresionantes vistas. Tranquilo. Buenas instalaciones. Personal agradable. Terracita exterior con vistas. Wiffi gratis. Decoración algo anticuada. No muy bien señalizado.Como anécdota: había una chica y un chico del personal que olían fatal, a sudor rancio y dejaban estela tras ellos como mofetillas. |

metà delle camere ha vista sul mare, metà su capannoni; avevo prenotato fin da aprile, all'arrivo mi hanno detto che non era possibile avere stanza con vista perchè erano state date ad un gruppo: le due situazioni hanno un valore molto diverso; inoltre wi-fi in camera non funzionava causa distanza dalla hall |

Une vue exceptionnelle (la mer à l'avant, le glacier à l'arrière). Il y avait beaucoup de monde au restaurant, mais le personnel a tout fait pour nous servir correctement, malgré notre arrivée tardive. Les chambres sont jolies et confortables. On y revient volontiers lorsqu'on repassera dans ce joli coin d'Islande. Un peu cher, mais il faut tenir compte du fait que l'endroit est exceptionnel et que l'offre est plutôt rare dans la région. |
