Perfect family guesthouse (cottages) on the North-East of Iceland. It's the best place for stay during Reykjavik - Akureyri trip. Very friendly hostess! My best recommendations for all

Warm welcome. Nice cottage with separate eating space, kitchen, couch and comfortable beds.

The small mobile heating unit could not sufficiently heat the cottage in our case.

Beds were good and our cottage warm.(while it was cold and raining outside) They are not so big,but atmosphere pays it back :) Johanna (the owner of the cottage village and the Farm) was really nice and she also arranges horse excursions for those who loves riding .(mountains behind the cottage with snow slopes were Magnificent)

a lovely little house in the middle of icelandic nature, really enjoyed staying there. we've stayed in the smaller house and there are no kitchen facilities but the lovely owner has given us the big pot and a little gas stove. if the weather is nice you can grill outside and eat outside on the wooden tables! the beds are really comfy, slept like a child. cups and electric kettle are available for tea and coffee. the owner has beautiful and friendly dogs and a little cat!

the shower is a bit small, but you can easily deal with it.

The location is great, you are in a wood and the family who runs the structure has a sort of farm with a lots of animals.

The cottages have a private bathroom, but it is communicating with the living room with a big hole, so if someone is using the bathroom, all the smells will be shared with all the other guests.

The place was really lovely and comfortable and the staff was very friendly, they even checked the weather forecasts for us. The Guesthouse/Camping is in a very convenient place, so I'd highly recommend it.

What a wonderful place, in a beautiful location! A very friendly host family. We went riding on Icelandic horses and we will never forget that experience. Highly recommended!

We had a beautiful pine wood unit which was well heated.

Old, no kitchen facilities

The bed was very comfortable. Hostess was very friendly.

The only saving grace was the comfortable bed. There is only enough room for 5 adults if everyone is in bed. The toilet ran all night and there is only enough hot water to take a 2 minute shower. I did not want to go to the owners house at 11:30 at night to wake them about the problems. The shower is so small my 110 pound girlfriend couldn't turn around without hitting the wall or the curtain. This is no more than a step up from a tent with a comfortable bed.

je ne peux donner une opinion que sur la gentillesse du propriétaire, car suite à un avis de gel nocturne, tempête etc... celui-ci a dû fermer son hôtel et nous a accompagnés dans un autre hôtel d'excellente catégorie, sans aucun frais pour nous. Dommage pour les petits chalets qui avaient l'air accueillants et très bien situés.

Lo único que podría decir que me ha gustado es el sitio donde está y el precio, aunque era muy pequeño para meterse cuatro personas.

Estábamos en una "casita de campo con aseo privado", para 4 personas, y eso parecía la casita de blancanieves y los 7 enanitos, pero ahí no caben los 7 enanitos. El aseo privado es un vater y un lavamanos donde es difícil meterse una persona y para ducharse había que irse a las duchas del camping.

El dueño de los Cottages es un personaje realmente peculiar pero correcto y amable. Está justo en la RR por lo que es muy fácil de encontrar. El entorno es bonito y las cabañas son realmente cómodas y acogedoras. Dispone de dos barbacoas para compartir entre 3 cottages, si te gusta y hace buen tiempo, está genial.

No dispone de ducha en el cottage, pero si no te importa saltarte un día de ducha (con el frío que hace allí tampoco pasa nada...) o te da igual usar las compartidas, está muy bien.

I cottages sono carini... dall'esterno! Dentro le stanze (uniche e spesso con bagno in comune esterno) sono molto piccole e arredate all'essenziale. La Guesthouse si trova in campagna e si ha anche la possibilità di fare delle escursioni a cavallo. Modesto.

Lo spazio delle camere: ridotto all'osso!

הגודל והתנאים של השרותים והמקלחת מאוד מאוד בסיסיים ולא נוחים, היינו ממליצים רק בגלל המיקום (קירבה לאגילסטדיר). המחיר יחסית יקר למה שמקבלים בהשוואה למלונות אחרים באיסלנד

Nedostatečný objem zásobníku na teplou vodu pro 4 osoby.

Les cabanes de fusta eren molt petites, pero acollidores.

Les dutxes no estàan en gaires bones condicions.

Cottages immersi nel verde molto graziosi ma le stanze sono piccole ed il bagno minuscolo. Il panorama e la posizione immersa nel verde fa superare il disagio.
