Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The location - not so far from city center and quite close to the bus station. We were coming by bus from the south-east and left to the airport the following day The staff wasn't always helpful or firendly. Did the minimum job. about facilities - double bed meant two single beds combined together - wasn't that comfortable. Was no option for en-suite rooms and booking without breakfast. |

The breakfast was very good, plenty of variety. There was a computer for personal use that was not to slow. The staff was helpful. The Flybus (bus from Rekflavik International Airport) drops off in front of hotel. Many tours will also pick-up and drop-off in front of hotel, although this is true for many other hotels in the Reykjavik area. The sun doesn't fully set in Reykjavik during July and there were only sheer curtains in my room. My room telephone did not work, but apparently I would be charged more for the room phone than to use the payphone in the hall. There is a shared bathroom in the hall, which I do not mind, but will a full hotel it was often occupied. Reception was only open until 8pm, although you can ring a bell and it will go to the cell phone of one of the staff that supposedly lives in the hotel. If you don't like walking the hotel is a little far from the city center (15-20 min walk), but not so far from the bus terminal and Perlan. Some of the other guests were too loud either late at night or early in the morning. |

Everything at Floki was wonderful. The staff was very kind to solve our problems regarding car rental. The rooms were very clean. (We stayed in two rooms) The location was just perfect for everything, because it is close to the centre and bsi and the airport. Excellent value for money. I think this hotel deserves more than that. |

Good location. Very clean. Really well equipped kitchen in our apartment. Quiet. Staff very helpful - booked tours, airport bus, and let us check in early and check out late. (obviously only because the apt. wasn't booked before and after we left. Don't count on it!) Internet available in the office. Fairly close to downtown. ATM across the street. |

Hiking outside the town and Siteseeing in Reykjavik the staff was kind of dizzy. if you need a place in reykjavik this one is okay. no big breakfast available. no comfort. just sleeping would be fine |

We stayed in the Appartment and it was great. Little nice terrace to enjoy the meals we cooked under the sun. There are no curtains or blinds, and in summer that is daylight 24h/24h is not very confortable. |

Niente di niente una schifezza tutto tranne la vicinanza a reykiavik centro Tutti, lenzuola sporche, pulizia mai, colazione sempre la stessa, caro e acqua calda che puzzava di zolfo. Alla reception non ci sono mai e non sono cortesi, e soprattutto costa anche. Una schifezza globale credetemi. |

Bonne situation géographique dans la capitale islandaise. Bon rapport qualité/prix. J'ai effectué une seconde réservation pour une nouvelle nuit dans cet hôtel (nuit du 24 au 25 août), directement auprès de la réception de l'hôtel, et ai eu la désagréable surprise de découvrir que le prix demandé était d'environ 15% plus élevé que pour la réservation effectuée via booking.com... Je n'ai pas très bien compris la raison de la différence de prix. |
