Excellent host and management. Rooms fully equipped,spotlessly clean. Friendly and informative owner/manager who helped us solve an administrative problem for which we were most appreciative.

Lovely cosy cabin. Very warm. Plenty of hot water Good value for money

We stayed at Selfoss on May 19th. We didn't expect to get such a high value for such a low price (52 euros). The room is fully equipped with kitchenware and a stove. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse. Also, it looks much better in reality than in the pictures.

Breakfast was not included, but that makes sense with the low price.

Very nice self-contained cabins with all facilities and spotlessly clean. A very relaxing place to stay.

Our host was very helpful with meal tips in the town and especially when I phoned him at 1.00am when the heater in our room began to vibrate noisily. Told me how to fix it, no problem.

Comfy cottages. Hosts were very helpful with luggage lost by airline.

We loved the cosy cabins. Not very modern, but fully equiped. The staff was very friendly. They heated up the hottubs especially for us. The breakfast (not included) was fresh and tasty. Restaurant and shops are within walking distance.

Bangalow with charm, clean, extremely friendly staff (they filled in the hot pot for us, and helped us booking the following accommodation), for sure the best value for money we had in Iceland...

Well looked after by the owners. The use of the hot tub after a day out and before a night out was superb! The owners are a great source of information - just ask them!

We went during April so it was very quiet and felt secluded Cabin was cute and had good facilities Staff were friendly and helpful

The water smelt like sulphur .. Though not uncommon in iceland The spa was empty so we couldn't use it, it was part of the reason we chose it Pillows and linen could do with replacing

The owner was fabulous. We had to rearrange our trip due to the weather preventing us from going where we had planned. Nothing was too much trouble and so we stayed extra nights. I highly recommend staying here.

Cosy cottage, which was clean, had good shower and good basic kitchen facilities. Great value for money; basic but cheap. Good location when travelling from the golden circle towards the south.

Hot tub in the rainy evening was a win-win! Very friendly and helpful owners. Perfect little house :)

The owner is very nice and the cabins are extremely well kitted.

This Gesthus is a camping. There are bungalow to stay, they are little but comfortable. There is a little kitchen with necessary, the bathroom and the bed. The owner was very kind and he ask to us if we got a bath in the hot tub, but it was too cold. I think in summer it's a good place to stay, keep in touch with nature.

Selfoss it's not a big thing. Stay just one day.

When we were looking for hotel, staff taught me the place accidentally. Staff was very kind and he told us lots of things.

Just we wanted to have a coffer in the lodge, but we couldn't find.

Cabins are perfectly situated in the center of Selfoss and inside of a park. Minikitchen was equipped with coffee facilities and all you need to survive. It is possible even to cook. Heating was superb even being in mid Winter. WiFi coverage in the cabin was good.

Despite it states breakfast is included, it was not. We guessed due to low occupation since we were the only guests). So you may want to confirm that service.

Hosts were very helpful and accomodating. Location was convenient to the 2 main attractions we were planning on visiting.

A very friendly and pleasant guesthouse . Everything we needed was there and the couple who runs the guesthouse is sweet and obliging.Breakfast was more than satisfactory. Had we more time we would have stayed another night.
