Large bedroom. The hotel is lost in the middle of nowhere and is far from Keflavik airport (5 km) but they offer a shuttle free of charge. The inconvenient is that you need to call them beforehand so that they can pick you up. I would recommend this hotel only if you have an early flight in the morning.

I stayed this B&B for two days, my arrived day at Iceland and the day before depatured. It took only 10 minutes from the airport to the B&B by shuttle bus, but it was far to the downtown, so I needed to go the airport and take a bus to the downtown. It took an hour. Staffs were kind and friendlly. They prepaired breakfast and a shuttle bus early in the morning on my departure day. There were two computers with internet. I was able to use them whenever I liked. My single room was clean, large and comfortable. Thanks to the B&B, I spent a great time in Iceland.

It was perfectly geared up for very early departures from Keflavik Airport. Breakfast available as and when required and free transport to and from the airport, 5 minutes away. There is no easy access to restaurants without your own transport. I stayed only one night though and didn't try very hard!

We stayed here because it is conveniently close to the airport (early flight). Next time it may be suited when we go around Reykjanesbaer. It is in a former American army building, still with a bit of its atmosphere. Since 2010 it has been well renovated: new lobby and breakfast room and new 220 Volt outlets (instead of 110V). Nice personnel. Close to Blue Lagoon. For dining you need to go to the towns of Njadrvik or Keflavik (only a few km's).

Easy parking. Close to the airport (5 min drive) The hotel and its rooms are shabby. Poor breakfast. The blankets were too small to fit the bed. Bad tv signals. It is rated 3 stars. In reality it is a 1 star or lower segment 2 star hotel. There appeared to be many hotels in Keflavik which are better and even closer to the airport. The hotel was not easy to find as it is not located in Keflavik but in a neighbouring community.

Very helpful friendly staff. The perfect place for a late arrival / early departure from the airport. Picked up despite flight being late, easy check in, room was warm and conformable, car hire arranged through the hotel was there on time the next day, breakfast was excellent ... really can't fault the place.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was well situated for Keflavik airport as we had an early flight (8am) and didn't want to worry about taking the bus all the way from Reykjavik the morning of our flight. The weather made it impossible to walk around the area or into Keflavik (very windy and rainy) but the b&b did have snacks and drinks for sale. It was a quick trip to the airport in the morning!

Location with very accommodating staff and shuttle driver. Hard Beds. No mattress pad, either. Beds we weren't using were left with bare mattress, not even a cover over them. Did I mention the hard beds?

The owners and all the employees were fantastic in their friendliness and helpfullness. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. We appreciated the assistance with booking tours. Free use of washer and dryer was great. Place was clean. Shuttle from and to the airport was convenient.

Staff were extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra yard to keep you happy. Good breakfast. The location of this B&B is on the old US Air base and is further away from the international airport terminal than the town of Keflavik itself. It is isolated with nothing except ex Air Force housing blocks around it. I would stay in the town (Keflavik) if I am there again as it would give me access to resturants and other facilities not available at the base..

They had one of the best continental breakfasts, were very easy to find, the owners were friendly/helpful, the rooms were immaculate and the towels were fluffy and soft (so was the bedding)! They could also accommodate our large(r) group of 6 in one room affordably.
