Synes med fordel receptionspersonalet kunne stramme deres kommunikation med gæsterne væsentligt op. Havde lavet en aftale med receptionen om morgenvækning. Men receptionen vækkede i stedet en anden gæst og foretog sig så ikke yderligere. Jeg nåede mit fly - men det skyldes en rejsefælle, der undrede sig over mit fravær. Jeg agter at lave en formel klage på baggrund af den meget ubehagelioge oplevelse |

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold! Hotellet er omgivet at en meget imødekommende, tryg og afslappende atmosfære, hvor man hurtigt føler sig tilpas. Der er fine faciliteter både i form af reception-/lobby-/barområdet, møbelerede hyggekroge, restauranter samt internet-brug.. Vi boede på 8. etage med smuk udsigt over Reykjavik Bedre samarbejde blandt personalet i receptionen, således alle er orienteret om (og enige om) de aftaler og den information som gives. |

Nice and new building, very friendly staff, good breakfast, good location near the shoreline, splended views, 15 minutes walking to the city centre. Few little disappointments, complimentary WiFi only in the lobby, 1500IKR / 24h when used from the room. My minibar was warm (it's was humming so definetely it was on) and the water pressure in the shower up on the 10th floor was very poor and uncomfortable. |

Spacious room. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. And you can request for early breakfast (4.00 am) too. Far from city center. It's too far to walk as it's too windy and the weather is cold during our visit (mid september). But the hotel also has free shuttle bus service twice a day to the city center. |

Close enough (15 Min) to walk to downtown. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty to eat at breakfast. Knowledgeable staff. We found our room too warm. Opening the window helped, but as the hotel is on a main road, we were disturbed by the traffic noise. |

the room was the perfect size for me and my guest. not to big and not too small. everyone made me feel very welcomed and the view was fantastic. there was a problem with the in room movies, but i'm sure that was just a freak thing. |

The view of the city from the upper floors. Behind the refrigerator was dust. The hot water could have been hotter (the tap's limitation could be set at a higher temperature). I didn't understand the policy of hotel regarding the provision of shampoo, conditioner, tea bag, etc for the guests. In some days yes in some days no. Isn't a rule that should be followed? |

The hotel consists of two parts, the largest part is new and the other dates back a few decades but has been renovated. The new is modern and well designed with good comfort. The hotel staff is great. The restaurant was rather dark and the food was not up to the standard set by the rest of the hotel. |

Hyvä ja runsas aamiainen. Valoisa, siisti huone. Good and generous breakfast. Light and clean room. Huoneen siivous oli vähän niin ja näin. Langaton netti ei toiminut huoneessa, lagallinen oli maksullinen! The cleaning of the room was a little bit so and so. The WLAN didn't work in the room and the LAN was chargeable. |

We had the Junior Suite which was an amazing room. Felt welcome and was impressed by the cleanliness and standard of the room and the hotel in general. The only downside was that the first person that we engaged on reception could have been a little bit more friendly and informative. We got shown to our room without being told where the othe facilities were. Apart from this minor point the hotel was worth every penny. |

A nice looking modern hotel, situated near to the centre of Reyjavik. There was a good breakfast selection for most tastes. One of the reasons i chose this hotel from a selection i had looked at, was due to the fact it offered a mini bar. However, the description did not state that this was not included in the booking rate. When we checked in at the hotel, we were given our swipe cards to access the room & owing to how late it was on our arrival we retired to bed. |
