Great stay. The owner was amazing. Good dinner. Wonderful environment. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This is definatly the best place we have ever stayed and we travel alot. The decor is brand new and just so tasteful. The facilities are incredible the manager/owner went out of his way to accomodate us with getting is breakfast the night before we had to leave at 4:30am. Te water is beautiful straight out the geysir so untouched natural water to shower and bath in. The hot tub outside was such a real treat. This place is gorgeous and the perfect place to see the northern lights in the middle of no where just you and nature. The hotel offers meals and its not far from sightseeing like Gulfoss and the geysir. If you want to get away from it all and just relax in the middle of nature...then this is the place for you.....

Modern, well-equipped, spacious apartments in an area ideal for exploring the 'Goldern Circle' by car. We were very impressed with the quality of the apartments and furniture. Beds were very comfortable. The owners of the apartments warmly welcomed us and were exceedingly helpful in recommending places to visit and explore. Breakfast served in the main house was of a high standard. For Brits, there is a flat-screen TV with all the UK channels and a dvd player!

Not really an issue, but the outside hot tub was not as private as we had hoped, but it was certainly a great experience to bathe under the stars, surrounded by snow in idyllic surroundings.

An amazing Luxury apartments.. full 4 bedroom with huge bathroom , Jacuzzi outside , Great view , well decorated . Rich breakfast .. the owners ...were very nice and cooperative . My family wanted to stay more..

Wonderful setting, friendly, welcoming, and competent hosts, and the luxury of private, modern homes/studios. The accomodations were very contemporary, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Very, very quiet and definitely the best dining experience we had in Iceland -- dinner was by candlelight, with a good selection of wines (in Iceland!)_and the breakfast buffet, included with the room rate, was the nicest we encountered on our trip. There was a selection of fresh fruits, and the freshly baked pain au chocolats were simply divine.

Though advertised, and for us a great attraction, none of the hot tubs/spas was operational. One, outside the dining room, was filled with water -- very cold water! The hot tubs located on the decks by the homes were not even filled with water. A disappointment, as there were no tubs in the accomodations, and we had really been looking forward to the hot tub!

These apartments are worth every penny! They are very comfortable, good beds, a very good restaurant. We have stayed in lots of hotels in Island but neither of them were as good as these! If you want to visit Geyser, Pingvellir, Reijkholt etc. this is the place to stay, Only 1 1/2 hours drive of Kevlavik airport. Not cheap, but very, very comfortable and spacious. It's an apartment. They serve breakfast and a very good diner. Make sure to bring you're own drinks, food and things like shampoo! There are towels, dish washer detergent.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay - I can't wait to go back with friends for a long weekend. The houses are decorated to a superb standard, everything is very comfortable and looks amazing. Having a personal hot tub on the deck overlooking the countryside is a pure luxury. The proprietors are very helpful and friendly. Cant recommend this enough

Ich würde die Apartments zu einem der schönsten Plätze der Welt einstufen. Es ist absolut genial Abends im Hot-Tub zu sitzen und am Himmel das grüne Polarlicht zu beobachten. Die beiden Besitzer sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und das selbst das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Wir sind schon in vielen Hotels gewesen, aber der Aufenthalt hier hat alles Bisherige übertroffen.

Die Appartments sind sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und gehen definitiv als luxuriös durch! Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig - in schöner Landschaft mit genügend Abstand der einzelnen Häuser - aber nahe an den Sehenswürdigkeiten Gullfoss, Geysir und Thingvellir. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Restaurant ist gut.

Der Hot Tube liegt nur an den großen Appartments.

Unglaublicher Luxus in einer tollen Landschaft. Jedes Haus ist mit eigenem "Hot Tub" und Terasse ausgestattet, so dass man bestens die absolute Ruhe und die Natur genießen kann. Neben der guten Ausstattung der Häuser war auch das Innendesign sehr geschmackvoll und passig, so dass man sich sehr wohl fühlen konnte.

Eine richtige Wohnung, geräumig, zweckmässig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zu schade, um nur da zu übernachten - man kann sichs da richtig gemütlich machen! Und im angeschlossenen Restaurant kann man sich bestens bekochen lassen!Nicht zu vergessen: der "Hot Pot", der auf der Terrasse steht...

Le studio que j'avais réservé était d'un très bon niveau, la prestation était plutôt du style gite. L'accueil par les propriétaires était sympathique et les petits déjeuners digne de certains hôtels Autrichiens voire allemands.Les chambres sont grandes, belles, on est relativement proche d'une suite. La situation est idéale pour une virée du côté de Geysir et de Gulfoss.Vraiment un bon choix.

Des stores pour certaines fenêtres car il fait jour 18 à 19 h et pour moi cela était perturbant pour m'endormir.Je suis resté 2 nuits et le lit n'avait pas été fait après la 1er nuit. J'ai diné au restaurant de cet hôtel et j'ai trouvé le plat cher et sans grande originalité.Une seule chaine de tv et la wifi ne fonctionnait.
