The staff were all extremely accomodating, so much in fact they let me borrow a jacket during my entire stay so that I didn't have to buy one for my short duration. They were very knowledgable as to all the options for public transportation and made good recommendations for places to go in the nearby cities. The staff made the experience that much better. |

The hotel can be described as a true hidden jewel in Reykjavik's hotel "crown". The reception staff, who all speak excellent English were all extremely helpful, and took enormous time to explain every query that was thrown at them. The Hotel was just incredibly clinical and modern given that it is newly built and additional extensions have been added to it. Its position adjacent to the No 41 road between Keflavik International airport and Rekjavik give it an advantage over central hotels, being just 15 minutes drive from either the city centre or the airport. Free car parking was a real bonus. The self catering minimalist setting was perfect for us and we will definitely return here on our next visit to Iceland. A minor issue occured on the final night when housekeeping staff forgot to make up the room, but this was not indicative of the hotel, more so an individual oversight on the part of the person in charge of housekeeping. |

The Hotel was a surprise inside. The exterior was deceiving, but we were quite pleased once walking in the door. Breakfast was also great. |

I like the size of the rooms, and it is so clean!!:) this is my secund stay. I would like to see night tabels by the beds and a lamp. And the breakfast was rather poor. and not so fresh. But loved every thing else |

Gratis parkering. God frokost. Mulighet til å lage mat på rommet.Store, lyse rom. Rimelig pris. Brukte håndklær burde vært skiftet når de ble lagt på golvet, spesielt i diss svineinfluensatider. Kunne også vært papirhåndklær på badet. |

la situation géographique de l'hotel, la disposition des appartements, la disponibilité des personnels de l'acceuil nous avons été obligés de réclamer les serviettes de toilette, le 2ème jour de notre séjour !!! Le personnel de l'acceuil a très vite réagit...... pour le petit déjeuner il y avait un manque de réassortiment le samedi matin & le lundi matin, le dimanche matin c'était parfait ! |

Accueil super. Parking. La chambre avait en fait un coin cuisine tout équipé (micro-onde, frigo, vaisselle...). La salle d'eau était spacieuse. Chambre presque neuve. Pas de sèche-cheveux. |
