Free internet access Not enough staff. Many times I had to wait long time at the reception before someone was coming to help me! People not always very polite and breakfast not very good quality. |

En mi caso lo que busco en un hotel es que la relación de calidad/precio se corresponda. Por el momento no he encontrado ningún hotel en Islandia que pueda compararlo con los de España en igualdad de precio. El personal nos atiende bien como es su obligación,es amable ya que así lo exige su profesión, por otra parte tampoco se anticipan a ofrecerte nada especial en particular y que te sorprenda favorablemente por anticipado, tampoco hay ningún detalle sencillo como serían unos caramelos, bombones o florecitas en la mesita de la habitación, algún tipo de sorpresa sencilla que te haga exclamar: ¡ mira que detalle ¡ En general los hoteles de Islandia, independientemente de caros o baratos, de 2, 3 o 4 estrellas , la decoración de las habitaciones es extremadamente fría, sin ningún cuadro,fotografia de lo más característico, etc., incluso las camas no disponen de cabecera. Por otra parte responder a si o no recomendaría esta hotel estaría sujeta a una serie de matices que Vd. saben perfectamente. No sé si he leido los comentarios de otros clientes sobre el hotel, pero creo que es algo muy subjetivo y cada uno tendremos nuestra opinión o nos fijaremos en detalles distintos que valoraremos de forma distinta. Recomendaría todos los hoteles que he pernoctado si los precios fueran más acorde a sus prestaciones.Por ello en 2) indico regular en calidad/precio |

La stanza era abbastanza grande,anche il bagno e la doccia.Buona la pulizia. Il lavandino era piccolo, ma abbiamo notato che in tutti i 12 alberghi dove abbiamo alloggiato in Islanda erano così. |
