we originally had a very small room (room 5) which was opposite the reception and next to the main entrance which wasn't ideal. The shower room was small, flooded easily, condensation formed quickly on the windows as it was difficult to ventilate and the hairdryer didn't work properly. Saying this, when this was raised with the staff, they were more then helpful, very apologetic and quick to move us to a different room, which was much larger and much better.
The location of the hotel was excellent and only around 5 minutes walk from the tour operator (Gray Line) and the main centre that contained most restaurants and bars. It is a few minutes walk to the harbour. Although the breakfast room was small (could only seat 4 couples at a time), the quality of the breakfast was good and you could eat as much as you liked. The staff prepared us a takeaway breakfast on our last day as we had an early flight. The staff were excellent, friendly, very accommodating and helpful. We were able to check in to our room 2 hours before the stated time with no extra cost or notice given. The room were given (room 7) after we were moved from our original room was spacious, comfortable and good value for money. Overall, I would stay here again, on the condition I was given or booked one of the more spacious rooms as the small ones are tiny.
