perfect place for exploring the eastern fjords. nice room with bathroom, breakfast ok and perfect value.
Drinks, beer and chips free to eat. A satisfying welcome.
The location town had not very interesting places to visit.
When we arrived at night after a really bad experience with our car on the roads in the nearby, the staff received us in a very hospitable way. Very nice staff and the hotel is very good. Do not take alternative roads in Iceland!!!
Large room with bathroom at a reasonable price, at least for Iceland's standards. Dinner was quite good and breakfast too. The guy at the reception was cool and committed.
The town is quite empty and desolate. We slept there only because it was on our way to the south part of Iceland. All this considered, this hotel is a nice place to stay.
We booked at this place since the larger neighboring town had no vacancy. It was good though the feel of the hotel seems more dated and lacked charm. However, the rooms were clean, good sized, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and the man who at the front desk was friendly.
Room didn't seem to have a blower dryer but the friendly man at the front desk got one right away which is no big deal.
Room with refigerator, 1 pepsi and 1 bottle beer per person for free at arrival. Friendly and helpful polnish girl running the breakfast part.
No free snacks, restaurant and breakfast room looked like a canteen, high price for room.
No, serious negative but positive is absent also. It’s reasonably for one night staying during car trip around Iceland.
Restaurant is absent
Nice staff, very clean rooms
They were very accomodating
The town offered little.
The manager was very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is not worth the money it costs. Perhaps this is symptomatic of Iceland but that aside, it would be nice to feel that one was getting value for money.
