The room was clean, roomy and very comfotable. The woman on reception on the morning of our departure was the only person to smile on the whole visit. Majority of the staff seem to forget what service means. Rather then treat you with cool distain. On arrival the two gentleman on reception didnt want to speak English at all, but where forced too, as it was the only language that I speak. One had the feeling that the tourist was below their notice. |

The central location of the hotel in Akureyri, if you want to see the city and the environment, it is definitely a good place to stay. The personnell was very friendly and ready to help. The room was a little small. You had all you wanted but the room was limited. |

Here the hotel category is **, but at place they mention *** and I think the reality is a preatty ***+ as Harpa shares the building and all in-house facilities (reception, breakfest room, ...) with 4 star Kea, I think they differ only in room size and equipage. We were very pleased with the service, it is not cheap but I think it is adequate. The location in Akureyri downtown is perfect. |

location of this hotel is great. There are two hotels in one building - The Kea hotel, which is more expensive and the Harpa hotel. They have breakfast together, internet together, reception together. So don't pay more for the Kea hotel. |

Zentrale Lage des Hotels. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut gewesen. Im Frühstücksraum habe ich mich wegen der lauten Atmosphäre und Enge nicht wohl gefühlt. |

Geräumiges Zimmer und Bad (auf Island keine Selbstverständlichkeit). Gutes Frühstücks-Büffet. Sehr hilfreiches Personal (Ich benötigte Sonntags einen Zahnarzt und mir wurde geduldig und erfolgreich geholfen). Kaum Parkplätze. |

Centralissimo; camera spaziosa Molto costoso. Per il tipo di Hotel ci saremmo aspettati un buffet più ricco per colazione ma comunque migliore di altri posti in giro per l'Islanda |

街の中でも好立地で、食事もおいしく、よかった。夜も静かに眠れた。部屋の暖房がついていたので、寒いとき- は調節するととても暖かくなり、よかった。ただ、間際に予約したので、1泊の料金が高く、つらかった。 |

Sauberes gut funktionierendes Hotel für eine Nacht- vergleichbar mit der IBIS-Kette in Deutschland. Das eigentlich gute Frühstück sollte mit einer besseren Käseauswahl bestückt werden. |

L'hotel se situe près de la gare routière d'Akureyri, endroit de départ du bus 4x4 que nous devions prendre pour traverser l'Islande. Donc très pratique. L'hotel est conforme a beaucoup d'hotel, mais le prix en est très cher 150 euros pour une nuit, c'est le double de la plupart des autres hotels ayant les mêmes prestations, voir plus. |

Ottima posizione. Facilmente individuabile. Raggiungere le camere è un po' lungo e complesso (bisogna attraversare la parte a 4* e poi salire e scendere delle scale) e chi ha mobilità limitata o molti bagagli può trovare difficoltà. |
