Everything OK. I very much liked that breakfast room had only some light! I mean it was like having dinner at a posh restaurant. I'm the type of perso that prefers not too much light in the morning, so I liked it a lot! |

Breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable. I found the staff to be a bit unfriendly at times. Of course at 2am in the morn maybe that is expected. |

It was close to shopping on the main street, and you could eat a good dinner at the hotel. |

Centrally located. Out of downtown and its touristy bustle yet a walking distance to it. walking distance to the University. watery soap and thin towels |

The breakfast was substantial. Hotel staff was very helpful with recommendations about things to do and arranging tour bookings. The bathroom was smaller than I would like if I were planning a long stay, but for a night or two it was fine. Also, I am used to having a facecloth and, fortunately, I had brought my own from home (in North America). |

Nice hotel: comfortable rooms, cleanliness, good service, rich breakfast. Beautiful sight of the bay from the north-west side rooms. Quite far from the city center (anyway, Reykjavik isn't New York: just 15-20 minutes walk...) |

Basic but clean rooms, quite good location (15-20 minute walk to the center), simple but tasty breakfast. Window curtains are white, which make it impossible to really make your room dark during the 'polar day' in summer ... |

I found the staff at the hotel to be friendly and helpful, especially when it came to booking trips, bus timetables etc. The hotel was in a quiet location and yet within an easy walk of the city centre, approximately a 15 minute gentle stroll. The breakfast was the usual found in european hotels and was ok. The food in their own restaurant was fairly priced and very tasty, typical of Icelandic... |

Breakfast was very comprehensive and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Reception did not have a record of my payment and I had to pay again. I will be taking this up with Booking.com as there seems to be a problem either with communication, or with the Hotel's accounts department. |
