Marcus, who worked at the front desk was very helpful and friendly It would be nice if you provided a shuttle to reykjavik, as the busses are infrequent and taxis are very expensive |

The staff were very obliging The description of the room was completely misleading. It was described in a way which suggested a sea side location with nature around. In fact the hotel in in the high street, and the sea is just visible accross warehouses and carparks, Our first room faced the street. |

Great breakfast included. There were 2 nice rooms with beds but there was no sitting area. |

The person at the reception was extremely nice and went very far in making me feel good. The internet connection was only for people who brought their own laptop. There was a room was a broken chair and a not working computer. Later in the evening I was allowed to use a computer in a than vacant meeting room. I was, on arrival and on departure not told that the hotel has a shuttle service from the airport one way at no cost. I heard this only on my second stay some weeks later. |

Courtesy taxi to the airport in the morning as well as the breakfast bar being open.Comfortable room, clean and tea/coffee available. |

It is functional. If you have an early morning flight, it is convenient to the airport. Otherwise, I cannot imagine why you would stay there. It is over priced because they know they have a captive audience. |

We use to stay at the Hotel every time we go to Iceland; we have always found an excellent staff and a very confortable Hotel, really convenient to reach the international airport. |

Breakfast was fantastic and service very good. Unfortunately we spent just one night at the Hotel with my sister. The reason why we choose this hotel was that airport was so near. Water was little gold at the shower but it did not smell... |

Close to KEF airport, early breakfast for those catching flights out of Iceland, clean, no hassles, helpful staff. The restaurant was closed due to Easter holidays. |

Good clean well equipped hotel within a few minutes of the airport. Free tea and coffee in foyer and kettle in rooms as well as a safe, trouser press, etc. |

The price of the room The radiator was very noisy. The wellness closed at 4:00 and checkin was at 2:00 -disappointing! |

I really liked this hotel. Free taxi drive from the airport was quite unexpected in a good way. Breakfast was just wonderful and the old ladies really made me feel like home. I noticed they had a very large fitness centre free of charge for hotel guests and I used the sauna - will use the weight lifting some other time. The restaurant was closed due to renovations but will be opening soon. The receptionist showed me to a very nice restaurant "Duus" located near by so I had a wonderful walk by the coast line where they have put light on cliffs for 2 miles or so, just amazing. |

I was traveling alone and was able to check in from my flight at 6:30am That was very comforting. I also loved the central location of the hotel to everywhere I needed to go. There wasn't a top sheet on my bed just the quilt. I like covers. |

This is the friendliest place imaginable, and helpful staff too. No wonder flight crews choose it for their stopovers. The free airport shuttle taxi service is a great bonus. Five AM breakfasts before early morning check-ins at Keflavik airport is a fantastic service as well. Great value for money. |

Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr gut. Selten so gut gefrühstückt. gerne wieder. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war völlig überheizt (gefühlte 28 Grad C.)und die Belüftung (keine Fenster zum Öffnen) war mangelhaft. Luft daher sehr schlecht im Zimmer. Wir haben die Zimmertür 10 Minuten offen gelassen, um die Luft erträglich zu machen. |
