We had the deluxe room and it was lovely and spacious. Had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Great location. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Free car parking. Short walk to shops, etc. I would def stay here again. |

Very good location, good breakfast, even if a variety is moderate, evening staff particulary helpful. Rooms a bit small, but ok. Clean, nice place. Shower was designed in a way which tended to wet the whole floor of the bathroom. |

Very friendly welcome from staff who were happy to make recommendations on the best places to visit in Reykjavik. We got a reduced rate deal which made the hotel good value for money. |

To be honest the hotel just provided a place to get our head down, i wasn't very impressed with anything. The staff were unhelpful and disorganised, our room was charged at a different rate to the one we booked on your website and the room was tatty. |

We stayed several days in Reykjavik there are a lot of other hotels i.e. Center Plaza which are same price and offers much better rooms and service. poor breakfast |

The hotel was very pretty and the hotel rooms had wooden floors, which is much better than carpet. When it came to paying for the room there was an error made, although it was not entirely the staff or my friend and mine's mistake. They charged the room to the wrong credit card, and were unable to cancel the transaction. Perhaps there was nothing they could do, but there was no real apology offered nor any compensation. |

Meget hyggelige folk i resepsjonen og at hotellet ligger sentralt men likevel i en forholdsvis stille gate. Vi hadde også rom mot bakgården, og det var helt topp. Kunne gjerne vært en PC med internettilgang i tillegg til den ene som er i resepsjonen (en PC uten å betale) |
