I enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff plus the fact that we could check in early after a night flight from New York. The design is outstanding and the location is great. The lack of stand alone shower stall in our room was the only downside. |

Very friendly staff. We arrived at 05.00 due to a delayed flight and they were very accommodating. They also organized cheaper car rental for us at the desk. Rooms are on the small side. |

De ambiance was prachtig. Leuk hotelcafe waar ook lekker gegeten kan worden. Ontbijt keurig. Restaurant zijn wij niet geweest maar zag er goed uit. Kamer was mooi schoon, comfortabel bed en mooie badruimte. De locatie was perfect; dicht bij centrum maar wel rustige straat. De afrekening ging wat vaag; het hotel berekent een eigen koers van valuta. Uiteindelijk wel opgelost t maar bleef wat typisch. Soms leken de receptionisten ook erg afwezig; in de zin van geen (oog)contact maken bij binnenkomst. |

Absolut freundliche Aufnahme, professionelles Verhalten vom Personal,nach der Eingangstür fühlte ich mich zu Hause.Nähe zum hafen wo mein Segelschiff wartete für die überfahrt nach Tromsö. Das ich nur eine kurze Nacht bleiben konnte |

zentrale Lage und angeschlossenes Restraurant - Haus als ganzes recht schön saniert man hat es nicht der Mühe Wert gefunden uns beim Gepäcktransport ins Zimmer behilflich zu sein |

die hilfsbereitschaft und freundlichkeit der angestellten war überdurchschnittlich. die lage ist einmalig. alles im zentrum fussläufig erreichbar. trotzdem ruhig. internetzugang in der lobby sollte erstens für gäste unentgeltlich sein und zweitens, wenn man schon dafür teuer bezahlt, auch funktionieren. beides war nicht der fall, ärgerlich. |
