It is a clean, well-run hotel that is extremely conveniently located in the center of Reyjavik. The staff are helpful and accommadating. I was given a room even though I showed up at 7:00 am after a night flight. The restaurant is excellent. I have now stayed here twice.

Clean, smart central hotel with excellent and helpful reception staff. Very expensive for a fairly standard hotel. Wi-fi was not included which is a very poor omission for Reykjavik, particularly at this price.

Perfect situation for a visit of Reykjavik center. Rooms are rather large and elegant, very comfy. Breakfast is quite poor to continental standards. Tea is really bad (like everywhere else in Iceland in fact), few croissants but no choice of pancakes or breads.

Hotel Reykjavik Centrum is very conveniently located ... close to shopping, attractions, and restaurants ... though removed from the noise of the downtown bar scene. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room, however, there are plenty of cafes and a couple grocery stores nearby. There were coffee/tea making facilities in the room so no need to rush out for that first cup in the morning. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and our room was bright and clean. A very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay there again if visiting Reykjavik.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, ice-machines in the corridor! The rooms are a bit smaller than they look on the photos, especially given than we had booked a superior room. Bit of an old tv, with poor reception.

Beim Frühstück hatte man zunächst unterschiedliche Preise angesetzt.
