well organized, excellent quality room, precise and helpfull staff "far" from the city center (considering the Reykjavik city dimensions 30 minutes walk is a lot) but it's an aceptable limitation considering the high comfort quality of the room.

The hotel is far (3.5km) away from the city centre. The girl at the reception didn't know anything about the nightlife and booked the bus back to the airport at the wrong hour. One day the Wifi didn't work anymore

Price is very good! Bon rapport qualité prix Small room, tv not working properly, you can see through bathroom/toilet no toilet brush, floor not clean and above all, the sulphuric smell when using water! I know we are in Iceland but that was quite bad! Unless you don't have much money or a car, go to another place.

Cheap hotel room! An elevator would be useful especially for people have big cases and lives on the top floor! Room was not really clean! We had a kitchen, but the inventary was poor!

Breakfast buffet is quiet nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is a quiet place to have a rest when you finished a full day travel. It is a bit long distance to city center. It will take appoximately 20 to 40 mins to there and it depends on the weather. It is not easy for walking down to the city center when snows very heavily

not a lot Room was not ready as expected when arrived. Requested extra bed both at time of booking and confirmed by phone. No knowledge of this when we arrived. Window would not close properly, as temprature was about -4, meant room was constantly cold and noisy.

Even with quite inexpensive hotel rate, room was very nice. It is surprising that even shower hot water was spronmg water which enabled skin very clear. Even I arrivge at about 0130hr quite late night, staff was waiting for me. This was impressed. Basically nothing. Very satisfied.

Spacious room and bathroom, we were in a another building next to the main one, building is quite old but room was very modern. It's close to the zoo so if you want to be in the city center and don't have a car it's not the place to be! Price was extremely interesting in october.

The room was very nice, clean and very big for a triple. It had also refrigirator and cooking facilities. The reception was very helpfull with everything we asked. Breakfast costs 8 euros and I think it is a lot, but it didn't bother us cause you could use the room facilities to prepare your own breakfast.

The room was big, contains 3 beds even we needed only 2. The kitchen was useful. Although the hot water was directly from geo, and has a strong sulphur smell, it is very good for bathing. You can boil cold fresh water by the hotpot as well. Location is a bit far from center, walks about 30 mins to downtown if you are fast walker. But during night, it was quiet and relaxed. An elevator would be useful especially for people have big cases and lives on the top floor.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Really small rooms. It is quite far from the city center (25 min walk) in the middle of an industrial area, a bit contradictory to the description. The staff was polite but not that service minded. There are far better options in Reykjavik for the same money.

For us it was a perfect place to stay, because the hotel is near Sjonlag Eye Center, where my husband had laser refractive surgery.It is olso near the mini zoo and kringlan, we could go to the places. We were surpriced how many shops and small and nice take aways near the hotel. It was quiet in the hotel It would be good, if there was a hotel-bus to downtown or bycycles to rent from the hotel. We used to go by taxi to downtovn, 2000 icelandic krones each way.

Good room and breakfast, and very good staff expecially Marcela who helpt me choosing and booking the tours and most of all recovering my lost luggage by Air Berlin. I want to thank her once again!se Close to shopping mall and botanical and zoo gardens. Far from the city center, you need to take public transportation, or a taxi to go downtown, but if you book tours from the hotel (as I did) the pick up bus takes you and brings you to the hotel.
