Kinderen en extra bedden
Alle kinderen tot 12 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, babybedjes inbegrepen.
Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen EUR 23,10 per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.
Maximumaantal extra bedden/babybedjes in een kamer: 1.
Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch meegerekend in het totaalbedrag en dienen apart te worden betaald in het hotel.

Prima faciliteiten: ruime, nette kamer, goed ontbijt, prima lounge, mogelijkheid voor wassen, parkeerplaats voor de deur. Vriendelijk hulpvaardig personeel. Ligging op industrieterrein, alleen handig als je een auto hebt. Geen lift. Oudbollige inrichting. Slechte bedden (kamer 205). Warm door beperkte ventilatiemogelijkheden en grote ramen die zonlicht vangen. |

Ontbijt. Personeel is vriendelijk. Locatie is ok, half uurtje lopen naar het centrum. Maar de meeste excursies halen je toch bij het hotel af. Ook de flybus. |

Kamers waarvan foto op internet staat zijn ook echt zo! Goedkopere kamers hebben gebreken en liggen in de drukke afdeling. Wij zijn i.o.m. hotelmanager op dag 2 intern verhuisd. (Over 2e kamer overigens zeer te spreken!) |

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The room was large and comfortable. It is not a luxury hotel, but has everything you need and was a great value. Continental style breakfast was included and had good variety. The shelf in the bathroom had some water damage and should be replaced, but it was a very minor thing. Not really walking distance to downtown, but cab service was great. |

The location in the city of Reykjavik is good. The rooms are quite spacious. It's a bit a lack of comfort to climb a steep staircase with a lot of luggage. And it's of no help to have a receptionist who barely speeks English, and doesn't know any basic informations about Reykjavik. |

this hotel was a fabulous find. the staff was extremely helpful and sincerely friendly. the accommodations were comfortable and clean. the breakfast was fabulous, and the location worked well for us. we would definitely stay here again. it was helpful to have computer access also. |

Check-in late at night was not a problem at all. All necessary procedures were handled fast and without any concerns. Wlan for free in the rooms and additionall free internet access via public terminal in the common room. The hotel rooms did not at all look like the picture on the official hotel flyer or their website. The curtains did not help to block any light from shining into the room which is a problem during summer time and midnight sun. The warm water in the shower smelt strongly of sulphur but one gets used to it. The common room was a bit too small to accomodate all guests during breakfast hours. |

Breakfast was great compared to the hotel. It although was very useful that they offer free wlan in all rooms. The person at the front desk submitted the feeling that she's not interessted to communicate about questions or anything else with clients! |

Very friendly and helpful staff, big ++. The rooms are huge and have their own cooking facilities (our room at least) which is handy. The breakfast was fine and plentyful too. Great shower, though the sulfuric water takes getting used to. But hey, this is Iceland, home of thermal springs! The location outside the center on a rather uninviting business park can be a nuisance. It's a half hours walk to the city center. But there are frequent busses and taxis roam the area at night. |

We loved being in Reykjavik at an affordable yet very comfortable hotel. It was less than a five minute drive into the central shopping district and accessible to sight and activities outside town. I would definitely stay at the Arctic Comfort Hotel Vik again. |
