The appartment we stayed was excellent. Very beautifull appartment, nice view, with big rooms, all the cooking facilities, a living room and kitchen table for 6, and everything you could have used if staying at home. Everything from bed linen to kitchen ware was new. The location is very nice, there is free parking. The appartment even had coffe and sugar. You have to go to a security company to take and return the key. The appartment was very clean when we got there, but during our stay there was no cleaning service and we had to buy our own toilet paper.

Nice little flat in the cellar of an old house. Lighty rooms, fully equipped kichten. Easy key service over securitas (on the other end of town, so without a car it might be more of a problem, especially if the hand you out the wrong keys). After we finally got the number of the landlord the reaction time was quick The plumbing broke at one of the days which made it raining in our kitchen (bad luck). Also we found foreign pubic hair on the bedsheets - which were something like half-transparent (so just a matress-saver instead of sheets?)

Très pratique pour une famille. Appartement douillet, très bien équipé (même une machine à laver la vaisselle), décoration moderne et soignée. Accès internet par clé 3g fournie. Proximité du centre d'Akureyri. Les clés sont à récupérer au cabinet Securitas (ouvert 24h/24h), bon accueil. A ce niveau d'équipement, il y aurait pu avoir une machine à laver le linge (plus utile que le lave-vaisselle).

Unbedingt uneingeschraenkt empfehlenswert !!! Neues modern und hochwertig eingerichtetes Apartment. Voellig unerwartet bekamen wir ein Apartment mit eigenem Hottub auf der eigenen sichtgeschuetzten Terrasse, von der man einen direkten Blick auf den Fjord hat. Hier bekommt man fuer sein Geld eine sehr angemessene Leistung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sofort von urspruenglichen 3 Tagen auf 5 Tage verlaengert. Grosser Erholungswert, absolut ruhige aber verkehrsguenstige Lage nur 2 Autominuten von der Stadt entfernt. Das Handling der Schluesseluebergabe ist verbesserungsfaehig, da der Vertrag erst an einer voellig anderen Stelle im Ort unterschrieben werden muss, jedoch entschaedigt der Aufenthalt im Apartment diese eventuell kleinen Unwegsamkeiten.

Vi var 4 vokne personer, og havde det indtryk, at vi havde bestilt en lejlighed med 2 værelser, vi fik en lejlighed med 1 soveværelse og en defekt sovesofa i stuen.Aftalte pr. telefon at vi fik en ekstra dags ophold pga. soveforholdene, hvilket var en fin behandling som vi accepterede. vi bestilte lejligheden i juni måned undre os lidt over reserveringen først sker den 1. august, kvinden der udlevrede nøglerne havde heller aldrig tidligere lejet denne lejlighed ud til 4 personer, hun var også pinlig berørt over den defekte sofa.

Am besten hat uns gefallen, dass wir nach drei Tagen wieder abreisen konnten. Das App. War eine ausgebaute Waschküche im Keller eines mäßig gepflegten Hauses. Der Eingangsbereich lag voller Abfall. Die Sanitären Anlagen waren mehr als abenteuerlich, ein offener Holzverschlag im Durchgang zur Küche diente als Abtritt. Das Duschwasser wurde von einer aufgeschraubten Holzlatte am Fußboden in den Abfluss geleitet. üBerall in der Küche mit Plastiktüten verschlossene alte Abflüsse. üBerall offene Verteilerdosen für die offenliegende Elektroinstallation. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr lückenhaft. Der Holzboden der Wohnung darüber war so dünn, das man jeden Schritt der anderen Gäste hörte und dachte, der ist hier im Raum. Wer das alles nicht gut findet, der sollte da wegbleiben!!!!!

Equipments Pre-arrival information on where to get keys and where to go came in too late thru email. Better information on the apprtment pictures would definitly help, although there was no bad surprise with the location/service/comfort.

Spacious 3 bedroom, in a nice quiet residential area. Close to airport, restaurants, shopping. Great view from hotel. Staff was very accommodating and understanding.

The apartment itself was extremely well furbished and pleasant. We misunderstood the checkout time, and thought it was at 15:00 when it was in fact at 11:00; The hotel staff was extremely helpful and understanding however, and did not charge us extra for their inconvenience.

A lot of space. Parking available. Very thin walls between apartments. Unpractical furniture and kitchen equipment.No microwave oven. Not very cosy, e.g. curtains would have been an improvement.

“The hotel was beautifully and stylishly decorated. The reception is a big comfortable room where you can relax. Very friendly staff. Our room was lovely and luxurious. We had dinner in the restaurant. It was not too expensive by Icelandic standards and our meals were very good.
