Large rooms - lots of space

Goog apartment for 2 young couples staying in the apartments. Very nice and clean rooms, laundry facilities. Perfect location just in the city center.

1 bathroom for more than 2 people is probably not enough

great appartment/semi attached house. clean, spacious, well kept, good facilites with over-equipped kitchen so idela for longer stays and meals-at-home. good internet connection. great views on the mountains, fron-of-dor parjking and only a 5 min drive to center of town. Akureyri is a great place; pleasant atmosphere and nice city centre.

The apartment was located in the old town with views down the fjord. It was a good size for a family and had access to wifi.

We liked the apartment but I think it could be improved in the following ways: 1. There is no kettle - we had to boil water in a pan which takes ages 2. There is no instruction manual or information on the house. Consequently, we were not able to use the coffee machine and had some problems with the dishwasher. 3. No information was available on where to do washing - this is important for a family of 4 away for a couple of weeks on holiday 4. The blinds in the children's bedroom were tatty and did not keep out the light. This was unfortunate as they did not sleep well and kept waking very early.

Directions on how to get key on booking.com are not correct. The phone number is also wrong. This caused a major issue.

Die Wohnung ist an sich ganz in Ordnung.

Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind zu substandardmäßig: Toilette und Dusche sind nachträglich eingebaut und befinden sich praktisch in der Küche bzw. Am Eingang zur Wohung. Es handelt sich im übrigen um eine Souterrain-Wohnung, worauf nicht hingewiesen wurde. Außerdem gibt es keine Kontaktperson vor Ort, lediglich eine Visitenkarte mit einer Handy-Nummer.

Organisation etwas chaotisch - das Finden des Appartments gestaltete sich aufgrund mehrfach falsch angegebener Adressen etwas schwierig! Appartment selbst war gut ausgestattet! Betten mussten selbst überzogen werden :-(! Lage außerhalb der Altstadt.

Bad sehr klein, für Familien mit Kindern sicher besser geeignet als für Pärchen, da nur ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, das andere mit Stockbett

En ningún momento de la descripción del apartamento en la página web se dice que son apartamentos en los que habitualmente vive gente. En el nuestro no pudimos colocar nada en los armarios porque estaban llenos de su ropa. La decoración del apartamento era toda de fotos y objetos personales.

El emplazamiento y la tranquilidad del lugar.

Great location in centre of town near restaurants. Spacious apartment. Large TV in lounge, dishwasher and washing machine in apartment. Reasonable furniture. Bedding and towels provided.

Description said apartment included "full kitchen". Kitchen was around same age as apartment - probably 40 years! The oven was so old and dilapidated we considered it unusable. Basic plumbing problems needed fixing - impossible to turn off tap in kitchen so it ran constantly. Also the toilet in the main bathroom was leaking - so floor needed mopping frequently. We only found out we were expected to clean the apartment upon arrival. Landlord very difficult to get hold of - no answer on several occasions.

The apartment we stayed in was new, clean, with a big terrace. Everything was excellent. The girl at the receptions was helpful as well.

We could not get any program on the TV, even after following long and complicated written instructions. We did not ask for any help with this though, as it was not as important. However, as everything else was just perfect I cannot but wonder why the TV cannot just be made to work when you turn it on...

Great apartment. Hot tubs included, the bathroom was great, so much space. If you want, you can also cook, I think there was everything you need.

Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance of town centre. Quiet but lots of parking nad laundry facilities. Lovely apartment and very helpful staff.

Would have been nice to have a couch/chairs (could only watch tv from beds)

I cannot give any compliments for this accommodation, other than my many complaints were taken seriously and I even got a refund.

It was noisy, very unclean, and for a vacation with children so not a good location. Especially in the weekends (that runs from thursday up to and including sunday) when loud open air parties go on until after 4 am.

Shower was good

Main bed smelt of urine. Could not sleep at all. Not enough towels provided.

Il ne s'agit pas d'un appart hotel mais d'un appartement libéré par leurs propriétaires, sans doute en urgence le matin même.... L'appartement était dans un état d'usage....en tout cas, la prestation ne ressemble pas à celle annoncée sur le site....
