Arrived at 7:00 a.m. all night flight. They were gracious to let us store our luggage for the day till check-in.

Location (within 10 minutes of Keflavik airport). Room was large, spacious, airy with a large comfortable bed. Modern with wifi and satellite TV.

Noise (more cars than we saw whilst driving the entire Route 1, drove past the hotel during the night we stayed) - suggest requesting a room to the rear (sea side). No lift so we had to carry bags up/down stairs (three flights).

Very comfortable hotel, with WIFI and convenient if you have to pick a flight from Kevlavik airport. Mind you it is located 7KM away, so you need extra transport to get there. But this hotel offers shuttle bus service (not free). Rooms tidy and very large.

Great view from bedroom. Fresh , bright , modern room.

No transport to the airport as described in details. We paid for two taxi rides and this cost more than the accomodation. It is close to the airport but not cheap to reach.

I do not like that Iceland Air calls the Keflavik Airport (kef) the Reyjavik Airport. Kaflavik is a beautiful quiet town very near the airport and deserves the recognition.

Hard to imagine how the lady owner could have been more helpful, would strongly recommend this hotel! Value for money, great view out to bay, easy walk to local restaurants, easy drive to blue lagoon and airport,

Good quiality/price. Near airport. friendly staff. We prepared breakfast at 6 in the morning before going to the airport.

People were welcoming and friendly. We arrived late at night and woman waited for us! Also, great breakfast.

Nice design, good location at the seaside, everything is clean and new.

The hotel looks very unfriendly from the outside (our first impression was that it was closed and abandoned), but inside it is very new and clean facility with a nice modern design. It was our first night in Iceland, then we realized that in this country one has to take a look inside before making any judgement.

I was the only person at the hotel this night and I got great service ! I was very happy. The person working (tornstein?) was super helpful, allowing me to leave food in their fridge, helping me with maps and directions, giving me tips on how to make the logistics work for my 24 hour stopover, etc. Very friendly. Hotel was very clean and modern and recently renovated. I will happily stay here again.

The night staff that I met was absolutely charming. I arrived at nearly 2 am and he was chatty, nice, and granted my request for a late check-out. I didn't have to leave until 2:30pm the next day which was terrific as I was only in Keflavix for an 18-hour layover.

There wasn't anything NOT to like.

The bathrooms are very small

Kindness of the staff, extremely helpful, view on the ocean, the balcony. The minimal style, not over decorated, just clean, and useful.

Just to say, windows where a bit dirty, not that transparent, but doesn't matter.

Extremely unpolite and very bad customer service. Definitely I place I won´t advice to anyone. Very bad experience... Really disappointing.

Staff unfriendly, had to bargain for shuttle use when leaving, shuttle not avaiaible on arrival, room for three was 3 beds shoved together 1 chair and one desk. Had to ask for bath mat and extra pillows. Had to ask for hair dryer.

The hotel was clean, nice and quiet. Breakfast has everything you need for a good start into the day. It is the perfect place to start/end a trip through the south-west of Iceland. The owner is very friendly and helpful in every regard. She makes the stay a pleasant experience.

Hotel was convenient and exactly what I needed, close to the airport.

The service was really great. The receptionist called the car rental office to pick us up which safed us a taxi to the rental station! We also got an free upgrade of the room (a bigger one).

The decor and the equipment was very simple (e.g. no bedside tables).

Absolutley to avoid . The staff didn ' t support us in our problem . The booking com page of the hotel indicates the presence of free shuttle bus from airport but this service did't work. Breakfast is poor . Staff is rude. Before arrivino I welter 2mails but nobody replied me

Good location for getting to/from the airport, and for the restaurants etc. in Keflavik. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The accommodation and facilities are a bit basic - analogue TV, small shower cubicle, no coffee/tea-making facility (but perhaps this is as good as we should expect for the price). Unlike some other hotels in the area, it doesn't provide a shuttle service to/from the airport. The advertised features included a balcony (there wasn't one) and mini-bar (there was one, but it was empty and unplugged) - maybe a fault in communication between the hotel and booking.com? No lift/elevator.
