Hotel manager/owner was rude - angry with me for misplacing the room key card, even though I found and returned it - apparently I was "costing [her] money". The room was in disrepair, several giant scratches in the dry wall, with piles of debris underneath, a lot of paint missing from the window sill, big chunks of paint chipped off on cement by the windows. The refrigerator was not plugged in, and did not work when I plugged it in. The automatic light in the bathroom was both inadequate and turned off every time I was in the shower. Additionally, the room was not ready when I arrived at 16:00. Staff did not tell me about breakfast or that it ended at 9:00, which is ridiculous. Also, I signed up to use the free shuttle service to the airport, but no one was at the front desk, which is when I looked at the sheet with scheduled appointments, and they had put me down on the wrong date (along with everyone else), which was the day before I had to leave. I had to call and wake up the owners to take me to the airport. For nearly $200 per night, this was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and do not recommend it to anyone.
The view from the room was pleasant.
