It was in a very central location. You could hear a lot of what was going on in the halls. |

The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was included, and the hotel was located steps away from the city center. |

The staff were very helpful and I was near all of the downtown hot spots. The location is the biggest draw. The complimentary breakfast wasn't very good...there just wasn't much food, and what was there wasn't tasty. Also, the rooms were smaller than advertised. |

Central location is defintely a plus. Central Reykjavik can be reached walking and buses take you to the suburbs. Excellent breakfast European style gives you a good start into the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you get a decent rate ( around 110 USD) this hotel offers good value. You need strong nerves or good earplugs in a street side room, even at the third floor, to survive the tremendous noise at night created by the cafe on the other side of Klapparstigur that did not cease until 3 am. |

Its proximity to the city centre and the price. the room was dark in the morning and overlooked an untidy courtyard |

We were happy to find CH Klopp; the staff was very helpful, it was centrally located, it was clean and tastefully decorated, and they had blackout curtains! Also the hotel was well know by the locals, which made tour and shuttle pickups very easy. |

Breakfast was nice. Liked the black stone in the bathrooms. Location was fantastic. The staff were friendly but were a little overwhelmed with small requests. Could use better televisions and channels. |

good location close to downtown Reykjavik stuff and activities. Free internet access. Good breakfast buffet for Iceland. "Cozy room" but not ridiculous for Scandinavia. |

Central location, very good value, early 'breakfast-to-go' available from 4am due to early flights. Free internet. Reception staff appeared a little curt at times but actually think this has more to do with Iclandic mannerisms then the hotel. |

Clean and well situated for the city. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water.Reception staff helpful and efficient. Typical city hotel - satisfied with our choice. Breakfast plentiful but could have been a bit more varied. A bath rather than a shower would have been nice on the one cold wet windy day! |

Excellent value for the money. Clean. Efficient. Professional staff -very nice and helpful but not in your face. Breakfast is very good. Free wireless in lobby and free wired in the rooms. There is one computer with free internet, but it is on a wall in front of the elevator. It might be better to have 2 or 3 on tables with chairs for people to sit. there is beer and wine to purchase in the lobby but no snacks. |

Central hotel, friendly staff, kind of a luxury hostel feel though....however, lots of other hotels on edge of town and really no point staying there Room very small; light flickering - told reception but unable to fix. |
