The reception staff was patient, kind and helpful. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were wonderful. the buffet was delicious.The Spa with Chinese foot massage was a lifesaver. |

Delicious place very easy to get the "city".Amazing restaurant and coffee bar service.All personal staff are really gentle and avaible.Good point touristic office for the excursions ans bus fly transfers.Good price for nice relaxing. differents hours to pick you with shuttle bus to/from the city/hotel. |

one staff who can speak good chinese, he really helps us a lot,he is nice,did good service,here thanx much one female staff who works on reception is not really friendly, she is not good at english, sometimes she makes us confuse, maybe she is young,so doesn't have enough experience by reception.I think if she doesn't knows everything then she should ask colleges, so she really saids a lot of things which are contradictions. |

Very friendly & helpful staff. Spotless cleaning. Am used to free Internet access in 4-star hotels. It wasnt expensive, just a minor nuisance. |

Modtagelsen i receptionen var helt perfekt. At man også kan købe busbillet til flybussen i kiosken er super og også her stor venlighed. Jeg synes også det er dejligt at hovedindgangen endelig bliver ændret fra at være en "karruseldør" hvor man altid sad fast med sin kuffert, til nu at blive en bredere automatisk dør. Jeg synes, at menu-kortet i restauranten er blevet lidt for kedeligt. Omvendt en buffet'en blevet supergod med mange spændende retter. |

Hotellet motsvarade mina förväntningar, stora och fina rum, trevlig bar och restaurang. Konferenspersonalen motsvarade inte förväntningarna, vi hade bokat konferensrum kl 08.00, men värdinnan dök inte upp förrän 08.30. |

Estuve dos veces, una en una habitación correcta calidad-precio y otro día en una muy sencilla para un cuatro estrellas que nada tiene que ver con las fotos de la web. Por su ubicacion es necesario vehiculo para acceder a la ciudad. El personal es bastante arisco. |

prima locatie als je door moet vliegen met eagle -air (binnenlandse vlucht) vliegveld is achter hotel nl. de prijs... heenreis was de helft goedkoper dan terugreis |

Das Hotel hat einen Pool. Fünfmal täglich gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttle ins Zentrum von Reykjavik. Im Hotel gibt es einen Tourdesk von Reykjavik Excursions. Die Entfernung vom Stadtzentrum (ca. 3 km) macht den Zeitvertreib etwas unflexibel. Das Abendessen im Restaurant (Buffet) ist unverhältnismäßig teuer. |
