At Fosshotel Nesbud many possibilities exists for excursions and activities. Guests can enjoy long or short walks, boating and or fishing on Lake Thingvallavatn, horeseback riding , adventures on snowsledges in winter or sightseeing at beautiful Lake Thingvallavatn. The national park at Thingvellir, Gullfoss and Geysir as well as the fjordlandscapes of Hvajfjördur are ideal for day excursions. Fosshotel Nesbud is increasingly popular for all kind of gatherings, company outings, courses, meetings and conferencees. On Sundays between April and October Fosshotel Nesbud features its famous cake and pastries 'all you can eat' buffet.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 10:00.
Dinner is served from 18:00 until 21:00.

Fosshotel Nesbud offers 20 basic rooms with shower/wc, 20 rooms without facilities (shared bathrooms on the floor), and 20 rooms for sleeping bag accommodations. In addition to the restaurant that seats between 80 and 100, the hotel has two sitting rooms (smoking and non smoking) and a meeting room for up to 40 people. Hot tubs are also available for guests enjoyment.
