Very clean, tidy public areas, with large windows and seating area (useful while waiting for friends, taxis etc). Very helpful and upbeat staff. Nice bistro/eaterie 'Snaps' built into the hotel, free wi-fi, also a tidy 10-12 person meeting room (not that I needed it). Good location, too - very satisfied with my stay.

Helpfull staff, conveniently situated (between the center and the bsi bus station), quiet and clean, adjacent to bistros and 5 min from the main shopping streets.

The interior is old and worn out. Dirty and worn carpets and clear that the house has not been maintained for at least 10 years. The breckfast is definately not worth the money spent on it! Fridrik Andersen

The hotel was modern, clean and had a good restaurant. The staff was helpful.

The elevator was very small and couldn't accommodate all our luggage on one trip.

Location

Loud music coming from the adjoining restaurant at 2:30 AM was a major turn off (staff were cleaning up and just hanging out)...to be fair the restaurant is under separate management/ownership than the Hotel Odinsve and the desk clerk on duty immediately took steps to remedy but the episode shoudn't have occurred in the first place. If nothing else, hotel mgt can use this incident to show restaurant mgt how its practices have cost this hotel future business.

central, clean, welcoming. Would go again

2 adults and one 8 year old had to share a king size bed. Not ideal. Plus we had booked a family room so would have expected a separate bed for our child

Very friendly and helpful staff and a great restaurant

Staff were very friendly, the location was perfect for my visit as it was central for many of the venues I was going to for Iceland Airwaves, and my room was warm and comfortable. Considering it was a single room and a 4 star hotel the price was reasonable.

Absolutely the most comfortable beds, pillows, and comfort! The rooms are lovely and have all the necessary comforts. The staff is there 24/ 7 and was very helpful. They allowed me to check in early and assisted me as I checked out early for a flight. The location is very central but quiet which is hard to find in a city full of music and celebrations.

Very good hotel we felt welcome from the moment we arrived, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was excellent with adequate space, bathroom a bit small but functional. Good location very central. We breakfasted at the cafe across the road which was a good option. We had food in the restaurant the first night and found it to be fine and reasonably priced.

Staff was very helpful and the location is close to restaurants and shopping. My room was quite large by European standards and comfortable. Nice place to stay and worth price.

It is near the center, just 5 minutes walk to the main shopping street, it is clean, no smells, staff is nice, quite good breakfast, confortable bed, quick and free of charge wi-fi.

Their location is great. You can walk to main shopping street for only 5min.walk but no to close to noisy area. Staff were all charming and very helpful to ask about excursions.

Our room had no bath tub.

Rooms were very clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent.

We stayed in two different rooms, two different stays. The first room was next to the elevator on the 1st floor and we found it to be a noisy room.
