Very comfortable room and a good breakfast.

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

Friendly family run hotel. Sofas on each floor on the landing area to relax/read so not cooped up in room. Breakfast plentiful, close to city and shops but far enough away to have a bit of peace! Parking for hire car was useful and quick access on to main roads to escape city.

Only negative we had was that we booked a triple and a double room for the 5 of us online but when we were taken to our rooms the triple had 5 beds (with a mezzanine area) and we therefore did not need the double. Online we had not had the option of all 5 of us being together in one room(we tried, as thats what we wanted!). We were unable to sort this out and felt we were perhaps owed some money as we did not use the double room at all and gave the keys back immediately...but there was never the right person around to sort this out for us and we ended up not wanting to make a fuss!

Breakfast. Wifi speed. Airport shuttle service from/to in front of the hotel. Price.

stayed 5 days but sheets was never changed even once and shower gel was not charged.

Where do we start? We were expecting a very basic room with shared bathroom. We were given a suite! We had carpet on the floor, a mezzanine with our beds, a leather sofa, easy chair and tv showing digital channels. We felt we'd gone to heaven. Tea/coffee making any time free in the dining area, and if there was cake - have some. Not only was there cake (always homemade) we also enjoyed cakes and deserts from a 70th birthday celebration. All left for us to enjoy as much as we wanted.Just what we needed after lots of travelling for a week. Thank you.

They have a kitchen where you can keep food of your own! It was calm and quiet there. Pretty close to Laugar spa!

They could have been a little more serviceminded. I asked them where to go running, about tours, massage, etc and they didn't know what to do there. I wanted sweetener to the tea and they didn't buy it.

Breakfast was nice. Room was pretty nice as well.

Could've been cleaner. Pillows are way to thin. The shower was broken in our room.

The room was very clean and the staff were excellant. The staff arranged a lift from the hotel to the airport as we had an early flight, they also put out some food for us the night before to make sandwiches for breakfast as we would miss it!

Bit of a hike from city center, especially if weather is unpleasant.

We absolutely loved it! We have never felt so comfortable and welcome. They are always checking up on you and making sure you have everything you need. There's a lovely restaurant around the corner and it was about a 15 min walk to the city. We felt like part of the family they really went that extra mile. Thank you for a great memorable stay in Reykjavik :)

This was a nice place to stay. The staff was excellent. The breakfasts were very good and tasty. If I get back to Reykjavik soon, I will most definitely stay there.

Our room, familyroom with an upper etage for our teens, were perfect It is a walking distance to " down - town " from the hotel but still it is situated near the mainroads = it is easy to go on roadtrips with your rental car ( and there is a parkingarea, free for guests, just in front off the hotel ). Good value if you just need a place sleep!

Breakfast ! It was nothing wrong with it but it was a little bit to basic to be in a 3-star hotel.

la posizione non proprio vicino al centro. La scarsa pulizia in camera. Abbiamo soggiornato quattro notti e non ci è stato mai rifatto il letto, nè dato il cambio di asciugamani.

Rum med loft. Bra familjerum.

Badrummet luktade så illa att man drog sig för att gå in där. Avloppet gissar vi. Vi undrar när de städade badrummet senast överhuvudtaget.

Hótelið er á frábærum stað.

Vantar lítin kæliskáp og litla eldunarhellu. Annars allt gott.

Framkomu og viðmót í móttöku

Hyggelig og gæstfri atmosfære. Personalet er dansktalende og meget venligt og imødekommende.
