Room was nice and spacious, and very comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the girl on reception even helped to set up our sat nav for the national park, as names on Icelandic sat nav's from hire companies need to be entered in Icelandic. Breakfast also had a good range of hot and cold options to set you up for the day. Good value for money. The location is a fair way from the centre of Reykjavik (which we had misunderstood on booking), and would take you a good forty mins to walk to the centre. For the same price you can stay closer elsewhere.

Location quite handy if you arrive from the airport . The laptop did connect to wifi but could not reach internet for some reason but staff was unhelpful and ask us to call the IT dept. ourself, we use apple MacBook which never fail to connect to any wifi as it did several time in other guest house/ hotel. No mini bar available in a junior suite room. Impossible to get a drink of any sort during the night, not even a vending machine. Quite outdated for a 3 / 4 star hotel by radisson.

Service was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to National Stadium and Aquatic Centre. Room was quite stuffy. Hotel was a little rough around the edges/location not the best (taxi into city centre costs about £10). The top-notch service and generous breakfast compensated for this.

Big and comfortable room. Free parking. Nice view after we changed room. Breakfast was just ok. Staff in breakfat rom could be more friendly and focused on their guests.

Personeel,erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbeidbuffet! Koffie en thee faciliteit bleek weggehaald van de kamer! Toen wij hiernaar informeerden, was het argument, dat het een goedkope kamer was. Heel merkwaardig!! Verkeerd signaal.!

Een keurig hotel en voor het prijsniveau in Ijsland redelijk betaalbaar. Het ontbijt is perfekt en ook in het restaurant kun je goed eten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt ongeveer 50 km. van het internationale vliegveld er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel aanwezig.

Номер комфортный, относительно недорогой ужин в отеле, красивый закат из окна. WiFi в номере не брал. Номер уже обшарпанный, требует ремонта. Страшные картины на стенах в номере. Посреди ночи отель зарезервировал на моей кредитке 7000 рублей, при этом служащий отеля не смог объяснить, почему. Эти 7000 рублей висели целый месяц в неподтвержденных платежах, и воспользоваться я ими не мог. Это помимо того, что я оплатил стоимость номеров при въезде.

wir haben schon mehrfach im park inn reykjavik übernachtet und freuen uns über den standard und das preis/leistungsverhältnis. wir werden auch zukünftig immer wieder gerne dort ein. das frühstück ist umpfangreich und gut.

Das Zimmer war verschmutzt (Haare etc. auf Bett und im Bad). Hoteleinrichtung veraltet. Die City ist in ca. 20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Günstige Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist für Island reichhaltig, jedoch nicht beste Qualität. Im Frühstücksraum selber ist es recht laut, Tische vollzählig besetzt und nicht sehr weit auseinander (kleiner Raum für großes Hotel).
