Being next to the tourist office, where it was easy to arrange trips and be picked up from straight outside the hotel. Bed was very noisy. |

Our favourite hotel in Iceland! This hotel has the best location right in the city centre. The breakfast was fresh and offered a lot of variety. Our room was modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. Would stay there again for sure. |

Location was very good - very central to shops and all ameneties The rooms were not all that fantastic - the shower had no tray nor 'doors' so as to speak of and continually flooded the entire bathroom, the massive flatscreen TV didn't work and the breakfast was terrible - there was hardly anything to eat! |

We were able to add a day to our stay easily; we were able to access our room early, and they were helpful with tourist information. The hotel had very modern and artistic decor and was very centrally located for shopping, dining and seeing attractions such as museums, etc. It was spotlessly clean and well run. Their computer system crashed and it made it difficult for the staff to check people in or out. |

The location in the centre of Reykjiavik. I had a De Luxe room, however, it did not look like a De Luxe room, in particular the view from the windows was just horrible. |

Fine hotel room, very modern, clean and inexpensive. The breakfast was also good and in general, everything was as it should be Better soundproofing. The street cleaning started at around 5.00 in the morning. |

The room was on the ground floor with a widow to a very tiny backyard, which gets almost no day light and is full of kitchen smells. |

Excellent position (just beside the Tourist Office of Reykjavìk and few minutes from the city center). Very kind staff. Not so expensive. Rooms weren't very comfortable. No soap in the bathroom after few days. During the first days no connection with the server for the TV. In the hotel there is only one internet point. |

The location was good. The room was comfortable and modern. There were quite a lot of choices for breakfast. I had to ask for a hairdryer and a second pillow, it would have been nice if these were already in the room. Rooms at the front were a bit noisy at night. |

The room was comfortable, attractive, and somewhat larger than average, an excellent value for the price. Excellent location. The front desk service was indifferent. I couldn't figure out how to call the front desk from my room. |

Located in the center of Reykjavik. Modern new room, good value when I stayed there. My room was in the back so no problem with street noise. Breakfast was not very good. Other guests complained that the front rooms were very noisy. |
