Set in the eastern coastal village of Breiddalsvík, this small hotel is just off Iceland’s Ring Road. It features free Wi-Fi and fresh rooms with a flat-screen satellite TV and private bathroom. The room and the building itself had been recently refurbished (and the outside was on process too). Everything was almost new, comfortable, nice, well decored... and the staff was ready to help anytime. The kitchen or living room area was very homy, and made you actually feel like at home. Complimentary hot coffee and chocolate was a highlight too.

As it was winter, it was a limited staff. The inside of the hotel was redone, and the beds were very comfortable. The townspeople were wonderful to talk to and everyone was very friendly.

I am very indignant. The hotel offer that has internet but when you arrive is a fraud, the man say that you have to looking for the internet of the hotel that was next. When I said I was traveling alone and I have selected the hotel because they said that have internet... He said... &Quot;I am sorry", he know the problem but he offer "that kind of internet"... And when you looking for that internet.... It break down each 5 minute and it's imposible to look at any video.... A total FRAUD...traveling alone and I had to be there without internet and with only tv in icelandic. Never again for nobody...!!! Although, There are not a reception, the man serves you in one restaurant that was 100 meters... And obviously close in the night....

you have to check-in in near shop across the street and you are given the keys by friendly people. the property itself is amazing, clean, very much new. there is a well equipped kitchen! matresses are too high and soft for my liking

Cheapest hotel listed in the are and really nice stay. Clean, comfortable room, nice view of mountains. Check-in/check-out quick and easy. Fridge, kitchenware, sink available for guests. Even a complimentary coffee/mocha/hot chocolate machine!

Personeel is uitstekend. Eigenaar heeft ons erg goed geholpen met het omzetten van onze reis vanwege weersomstandigheden. Kamers zien er goed uit. Koffie/thee automaat ter beschikking. Echt een aanrader!

Городок маленький, но очень милый, красивый фьорд. В отеле неожиданно обнаружилась общая кухня с микровеем и кофейным аппаратом, соками-молоком в холодильнике и мюсли, утром в холодильнике был обнаружен поднос с завтраком (даже с маааленьким кусочком вяленой акулы:)). Кровати удобные. Не очень чисто, обеденный стол на общей кухне очень маленький (на четверых). Горячая вода в душе "закончилась" пока мы завтракали :( Цена не соотвествует качеству. Для "чисто переночевать" стоит дорого

the kitchen was well stocked, and the coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine was a welcome on that cold spring night and a pleasure to wake up to as well the rooms are very clean and had an excellent layout the bathrooms were very clean and well designed as well we didn't stay long enough to find anything we didn't like
