The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the city centre. It was clean, comfortable had good facilities and plenty choice for breakfast. Our stay was at the end of November and we were disapointed that the two restaraunts in the hotel were only serving a Christmas buffet for dinner every night. Luckily it's only a 10 minute walk into the centre so we went out for dinner instead. |

A close to the downtown. A silent location. Free parking. Friendly receptionists. No value for money (too expensive as compared to the quality): The room was very dusty when we arrived. It was obvious that it was not cleaned for a long time. I was not cleaned although we put a sign "Clean the room". A bed was just made and the room was still dusty. Obviously the hotel does not want do this properly since everybody can see dust - cleaners and their superiors just ignore the quality. Another problem was that there is no ventilation in a room - an open window helps a little bit, but not much. Also no more shampoo was given for the 2nd day. |

the hole complex and the staff I didn't like the bad.There were two bads as a matrimonial room. Also, they bloked my credit card for a month.I 've already payed,5 months before and I gave the voucher at the reception. |

ｼｬﾜｰから温泉が出るし、ﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞ付きだったので、久しぶりに日本の感覚でﾘﾗｯｸｽ出来た。地下の- SPA、ｼﾞｬｸﾞｼﾞｰも無料で良かった。 部屋のｱﾒﾆﾃｨ、ｸﾞｯｽﾞなど、毎日掃除に入られる度に、何か忘れられていた。ｸﾞﾗｽが無かったり、- 足拭きが無かったり、ｺﾝﾃﾞｨｼｮﾅｰが無かったり.... そのヘンが非常にいい加減な印象を持った。 |
