Location is good; city centre within walking distance Room standards are very different: first night we were put into an old, run-down and noisy room that did not appear to be clean. Only after protest into the morning we could change for a better room. Comments from receptionists: "We know it needs refurbishing, but we are overbooked..." Staff at reception and, especially, at the bar did not seem to be motivated and were partly incompetent.

Good location, plenty of easy parking. The room facilities were a bit old. The water in the shower was quite difficult to get to the right temperature. Room was very hot when we first arrived - and the window did not open very far.

The food in the restaurant on the top floor was excellent, the food on the bottom floor was like a cheap cafe, served cold. The staff seemed clueless about service as they acted like they were doing me a favour while doing what they were paid to do.

Location was good, room comfortable and spacious. We had several issues which were addressed as soon as we made mention of them. Staff could not have been more helpful. Hotel charged us a deposit though none was required. Took a month to get it reversed. The first room we had was dismal, the furniture was scratched, the carpet in the hallway was stained, the doors were scratched. We had one bed when reservation was for two beds, so we were moved to room in a newer wing which was better. We would not have stayed in the first room. Our wireless internet was cut off as the system said there was no one registered in our room. We did not have the "one Touch" phone in the room so had to make outside calls to the hotel for assistance. No air conditioning. Breakfast buffet was terrible and grossly overpriced for what was provided.

The location is very good, with only a short walk along the lake into town. The hotel spa is very nice, and for that extra Icelandic experience, there is one of the city thermal pools only about 500 m from the entrance to the hotel - ask for Vesturbæjarlaug.

Very near Reykjavik University, and short 10 minute walk to city central, and all the taxi, city bus and tour bus service you could ask for. The short winter days ( sun up only 4 hours ), and the cold wind, but that was not Hotel's fault.

Very good location if you are working at the university which is literally next door. But also only a 10 minute from city centre. The business room upgrade is certainly worth while if you are there to work. I found the downstairs restaurant and bar on the gloomy side.

I was given a very good room on the 7th floor with a view over Reykjavik Harbour. I like the finer things in life and I was told that the Blu Saga was the best there is in Reykjavik. There were the finer points which were missing: the curtains did not completely block out the light. In fact a runner had come off the curtain letting the light in. I was expecting a full on toiletry kit with tootbrush, toothpaste and a disposable razor. These were not available. The carpets in the room were not cleaned to the level that I would expect of a 4 star hotel. Also there was plenty of noise all around

Helpful staff, ease of booking trips, etc. in Iceland, OK-ish sauna, a good gym. A non-descript and overpriced breakfast (only had it once, couldn't bear having another one), only one staff member was present and she couldn't handle clearing tables, bringing coffee, etc.

the most unfriendly staff. The motto of radissson that" they can do it "was missing completely. No help as tourist in the area from the concierge and front desk people. The restaurant staff serving as if they have been forced to do so. After staying in many Radissson properties/ other properties in India and abroad , i can say that it was the worst experience.

Nice modern hotel, with clean business-travel style rooms. The hotel staff is quite good. The iceland museum is right across the street and Reykjavik city centre is a 20 minute walk away. The restaurant was so-so. Some of the serving staff were downright surly. The prices for food in Iceland are astronomical, and for the money we paid for lunch and dinner one would have liked to see better service.

Slitet 70-tals stil. Men å andra sidan är ju hela Island lite upphottat Murmansk. Personalen är trevlig. Dock.
