Internet availability and speed of connection, staff, room furniture except for the bed (see after), quiet. Bed size, sheet of poor quality, stinky curtain in the bathroom, bathroom size, low quality breakfast. The hotel is not eligibile for the 4 star category in my opinion. |

when minor problem was raised they dealt with it very quickly and efficiently didnt spend a lot of time in the hotel, so feel it would be unfair to comment. Generally very positive impression. |

C'est le meilleur hotel d'islande (hors ville) , chambre de qualité et repas très bon et copieux , ce qui n'a pas été le cas des hotels icelandair où nous avions séjourné: chambre bien et repas très bon mais très frugal pour le prix payé , quantité trop insuffisante pour une personne normalement constituée et qui a passé son après-midi au grand air , peut être suffisant pour des seniors et encore .... |

Ein wirklich wunderbares Hotel in einer traumhaften Lage direkt am Myvatn See. Super Service, saubere Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Ein wirklich super gutes Gourmet Restaurant. Sehr zu empfehlen. Top! |

Von der Lage her konnte man Ausflüge in alle Richtungen unternehmen. Es war weit genug vom See entfernt, dass man die Mückenplage nicht mitbekam. |

De ligging en faciliteiten waren uitstekend. Aan het hotelpersoneel kon je nooit iets verkeerds vragen, onmiddellijk brachten ze alles in orde! We werden gevraagd of we in het restaurant wouden blijven eten. Na inzage van de kaart stemden we toe. Uiteindelijk werd er ons een menu voorgeschoteld zonder enige vraag of uitleg; konden niets kiezen. We vonden dit allebei wel jammer, hoewel het menu uiteindelijk ook heel lekker was hoor! Waarschijnlijk kwam het enkel omdat we een paar weken voor de start van het toeristisch seizoen daar... |

Pas grand chose! Je compte revenir en Islande je ne retournerai pas dans cet hotel. La chambre pas faite entre le 1er et le 2ème jour!!! Du coup sommes partis le 3ème jour. Petit déjeuner aux choix insuffisants pour un 3*. Nourriture bonne mais très chère même pour l'Islande. Un rapport qualité /prix très défavorable. |
