Hotel Reynihlid  

Great location, staff was very helpful in providing maps and things to see and do in the area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was delicious.

The Hotel is nice and in a good location.

1)No elevator in the hotel. In that price I think that the guest are not suppose to carry the suitcases all the stairs up (and down) to the room. 2) The door of the washroom can not be closed hermetic (shiftted glass door), and you have to hold it by something while you are inside. 3) The bath curtain was not hanged correctly, and in order that the water would not run away while showering I had to fix it myself) ( it is quite high and you don't want to wait to the hotel team when you are tired and want to take a shower).

Very close to nature bath and very nice breakfast served.

Uitstekend hotel in een prachtig deel van IJsland. We hadden voor twee nachten geboekt tijdens rondreis door IJsland, maar raakte ingesneeuwd en moesten zodoende een nacht extra blijven. Hotelpersoneel was zeer hulpvaardig met adviezen over het al dan niet doorreizen. Extra nacht tegen speciaal tarief gekregen. Helaas weinig van de omgeving kunnen zien door de sneeuwstorm. Wifisignaal niet in alle kamers te ontvangen.

Het menu van de bij het hotel horende bistro is nogal beperkt; door het weer konden we nergens anders heen. Na drie dagen ben je wel klaar met de beefburger.

The members of hotel staff were friendly and kind.They arranged an excartion everyday,so we could see and experience lots of things around there.Breakfast and dinner were quite nice. 値段は高く感じますが、冬は他に宿の選択肢が殆どない所なので妥当なのではないかと思います。ホテルのスタ- ッフも親切ですし、食事もおいしかったです。朝食のブフェは種類豊富で驚きました。

Selbst für Island relativ teuer, aber nicht unangemessen.

Mobilier et équipements vétustes. L'un des moins bons rapports qualité / prix parmi la dizaine d'hotels dans lesquels nous avons séjournés en Islande.

Die Lage am Myvatn ist sehr gut. Somit bietet sich das Hotel als Standpunkt dort an. Eine Tankstelle mit Supermarkt ist fast nebenan. Für Island-Verhältnisse ist das Hotel gut. Frühstücksbuffet relativ umfangreich. Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nur bedingt. Das Hotel ist für Island- Verhältnisse sicher gut, aber bei 4 Sternen erwartet man schon mehr. Wer ein teures Abendessen im Hotelresteurant genießt und parallel dazu wird der Saal für das Frühstück umgebaut, ist schon etwas überrascht. Auch der Service an der Bar könnte motivierter ausfallen, wobei das stark vom jeweiligen Mitarbeiter abhängt. Ein Abend top,ein Abend Flop.
