Le calme des chambres cote eglise, le niveau de confort,

Restaurant décevant et réputation surfaite, les chambres avec vue sur le lac on surtout vue sur les parkings et la route, un conseil allez manger au resto du vieil Hotel face au lac dont les chambres devraient avoir une superbe vue

Great location, staff was very helpful in providing maps and things to see and do in the area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was delicious.

The Hotel is nice and in a good location.

1)No elevator in the hotel. In that price I think that the guest are not suppose to carry the suitcases all the stairs up (and down) to the room. 2) The door of the washroom can not be closed hermetic (shiftted glass door), and you have to hold it by something while you are inside. 3) The bath curtain was not hanged correctly, and in order that the water would not run away while showering I had to fix it myself) ( it is quite high and you don't want to wait to the hotel team when you are tired and want to take a shower).

The location is fine.

This hotel is twice the cost of any other Icelandic hotel outside of Reykjavik, and yet offers absolutely nothing special. In fact, it is the only one we stayed at that didn't have reliable internet service.

Convenient location. Good breakfast. Clean room and lovely hot shower.

Das Hotel lag sehr günstig am Myvatn und der Ringstraße, tolle Aussicht.

This hotel is what you need to relax after a whole day excursion around Askja, etc. It is luxury and employees very nice and helpful. It is located by all the main facilities.

I think that the price for the accomodation is very expensive as the hotel is not in front of the lake such as the Hotel Reynihlid.

Die Lage am Myvatn ist sehr gut. Somit bietet sich das Hotel als Standpunkt dort an. Eine Tankstelle mit Supermarkt ist fast nebenan. Für Island-Verhältnisse ist das Hotel gut. Frühstücksbuffet relativ umfangreich. Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nur bedingt. Das Hotel ist für Island- Verhältnisse sicher gut, aber bei 4 Sternen erwartet man schon mehr. Wer ein teures Abendessen im Hotelresteurant genießt und parallel dazu wird der Saal für das Frühstück umgebaut, ist schon etwas überrascht. Auch der Service an der Bar könnte motivierter ausfallen, wobei das stark vom jeweiligen Mitarbeiter abhängt. Ein Abend top,ein Abend Flop.

Goed gelegen, mooi hotel, alles erop en eraan. Lekker van eten.
