Value for money

Clean, warm and comfortable with plenty of space and own kitchen facilities.
Heating wasn't very hot.
The location is super, the appartements are spacious, clean and comfortabele. Helpfull staff. Good value for your money!
The location is great and the room was nice.
The bathroom was insanely small. Showering can be a logistical challenge.
The location, friendly organised staff and transport options. The view from the fifth floor saw the nortern lights twice from the warmth of the room.
Bathroom down corridor but not a problem. When staff found out it was our honeymoon we were offered an upgrade but we declined and found it fun crossing the landing and never saw another person.
Very helpful staff
Great location, in one of the main shopping streets of Reykjavik. Both receptionists were very helpful. We had an apartment on the top floor of the building opposite the main building, and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom overlooked the sea and Reykjavik bay. The apartment was wonderfully warm, much appreciated in the bitter December weather. Bars and restaurants all within 3-5 minutes walk - ace :)
The lock on the gate to our building. So stiff. It could take 10 minutes to get in, or out. This is common with outdoor locks in Iceland I understand :( We did learn how to jiggle the key, but when it's icy cold and having to take gloves off to do it, I used to dread going in or out.
stayed for 2 nights here for my birthday trip. I booked a standard studio but they upgraded me to a very spacious luxury studio with hot tub and with great view:) It's because of my birthday I guess:p The room is very clean and well equipped. Perfect location. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. I had a very memorable birthday trip here:)
Nothing at all. I should have stayed for few more days!!
The convenience of the accommodation was excellent. The lack of breakfast facilities was no problem as there was an excellent bakery a few minutes away.
I must be just unlucky but this is the second time my room was not made up. First in Copenhagen a few weeks ago and now Reykjavik. Come on guys, there little enough to do with no food catering. Let's get the essentials right!
Big stylish Apartments, with all mod cons, great Location, helpfull staff
Went with a group of friends, our room was in the opposite block, was given the option of a free upgrade so we could party with our friends.
Not using the hot tub, but That was our fault.
Great location and very nice and big appartment. The staff are great
Almost everything was perfect, we enjoyed our stay a lot.
Although we knew that the bathroom was in a separated room, we didn't know that there was another room for the shower. Also, it's really stressful when you have to go to the bathroom by passing by a shared corridor.
The apartment was comfortable and spacious
It's a bit noisy at night!
The apartment had everything we needed, especially in the appliance department.
It was kinda... Black. And a bit more of a party-crib than we needed.
Perfect location and extremely helpful staff
Could be very noisy at weekends
We loved our stay here! It's situated on one of the main roads but we still found it very quiet. The staff are very helpful and we really were surprised at how lovely and clean the rooms were. On our first stay we had the budget studio which was fantastic, on our 2nd stay we had the 1 bed apartment that was even better! Hot tub is also great.
Well located, easy to walk anywhere. Clean and well set up.
Soome noise at night from local clubs
Great location, nice apartment with a good view of the city. Friendly staff, and towels are provided which saves luggage room.
The water smells of eggs but I think this is because of the sulfur in the water.
Right on the main street. A small functional aparthotel with good sized rooms. Light and airy. Run efficiently. Not super stylish or luxury but very good value for money in a perfect mid town position.
Few faults in the room. Showing some wear and tear.
Spectacular stay at the perfect apartment setup. Super helpful staff which gave us great advice to explore everything Iceland has to offer.
Tap water smelt funny
Location, costing, flexibility of hotel
Hot tub too hot!
room 412 was perfect for my group of 9 people. very spacious. very modern decor. enjoyed the stay a lot.
the kitchen had everything, salt, pepper, pans, utensils. but it was missing cooking oil. not a big deal. but was interesting.
I liked the location of this hotel as well as the view and the cleanliness.
My unit was near the hot tub which is unfortunate, since the hotel seems to be popular with parties of five or more kids in their 20s laying over in Iceland to party. I had to listen to bottles breaking and people screaming until past 11:00pm at which point the parties moved from the hot tub to the rooms near me where they carried on through the night. Very noisy hotel. Also, the room was not designed to be very practical. The bathroom sink and mirror were extremely hard to make use of given their size and orientation.
