Hotel Selfoss  

Per el que pagues l'esmorzar era pobre, per sopar el restaurant es car I poc variat recomanem el restaurant del davant , es tai I boníssim!

the staff were very polite and helpful. the resturant served very tasty meals.

there were no tea /coffee making facilities in the room, as we arrived very late from the airport after delays there wasnt even a vending machine to grab a snack but the staff did point us in the right direction

We arrived late to the hotel after driving for several hours from the Vatnajokull National Park. We were told that we did not have a reservation there, that they do not use booking.com even though we had a print-out of our reservation. Luckily, they had one room for our two sons and a room for us, although we had requested non-smoking rooms and the second room they gave us definitely had had smokers in it. The room smelled so badly of smoke that I did not sleep well. In the morning, the manager did apologize.

A well run hotel in an excellent location on the main route. The restaurant has an impressive menu, great service and the food quality is of a very good standard.

The town of Selfoss itself is a little scruffy and lacking in amenities.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located

The most miserable staff we came across in Iceland. The male receptionist could not find our booking and was simply not interested. He put us in probably the 3 worse rooms in the hotel (2 were disabled/accessible) and facing the car park on the groun floor. So the benefit of the view was non existent for us.

Advertised swimming pool is not in hotel but 10 min walk to the public swimming pool of the town. Wireless internet only in main hall, not even in lobby or bar area. Breakfast very poor and not what you expet from a 4 star hotel. We left a day early

Habitaciones comodas amplias y limpias y modernas, en general muy bien pero el precio excesivo comparado con los hoteles en españa. Un punto a favor la wifi gratis.

Lo peor el desayuno, un poco cutre, para la categoria y precio del hotel.

Hotellet ligger meget centralt på en rundrejse på Island lige ud til den store vej som fører ud til alle highlights I den sydlige del af Island. Hotellet ligger I skønne omgivelser med direkte udsigt til vandløb der gennemløber byen. Hotellet ligger I nær afstand til byen Stokkeseyri hvor øens bedste hummerrestaurant ligger.

Die Lage und das Restaurant sind Super. Zimmer sind Grosszügig angelegt.

Wir waren 7 Nächte dort, der tägliche Wechsel der Gäste ist etwas laut. Das Bad und das Zimmer waren nicht sehr gut gereinigt, nach dem wir reklamiert hatten wurde das Zimmer täglich ordentlich geputzt.

Lage direkt am Fluss und Verkehrsanbindung Frühstück sehr umfangreich und gut
