The personal was helpful. The room was ok.
My reservation hasn't been taken before arrival. It was a chance that a room was free for us.
The location for instance. The close restaurant serves good food. Staff is very nice and helpful
Sleeping in the guesthouse means sharing 1 toilet! Definetely not enough for all guests!! I had to wait and queueing for 3-4 hours before using the toilet.
Simple accommodation. I booked a two bed room but was given a double bed room. That was kind of annoying. I was there to see the northern lights and they were amazing. Great area.
Getting put into a double bed room after I had I booked single beds.
Room was warm which was nice as it rained the entire time. We did ask for a double bed as we were on our honeymoon and only received two twins.
Staff were apparently on a yoga retreat during our stay. They did not bother to contact us to let us know prior to arrival. When we arrived there were no staff present and only a note on the door saying that the kitchen was closed for the weekend and staff were gone but to call a phone number. With no phone access and no other places nearby this made it difficult. Eventually a staff member showed up and gave us our key. The bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and it was never refilled during our three day stay. Very frustrating...
For sure not good value for money as price of the accommodation is too much, they don't have kitchen where you can prepare your own food but you are forced to use their or neighbor "restaurant" which are way to expensive. no Wi-Fi. booked two rooms they put as in separated houses. staff was not keen on helping with activities reservation.....
Great location, very nice staff, big room.
There are not enough showers, so you may have to wait in the morning.
no wifi no living or common room besides the restaurant 2 hooks, 4 hangers in the room for 3 persons is far from enough especially when clothes are wet.
no kitchen, high price, unfriendly staff...
Bequeme bed Nice location
Overpriced room with shared bathroom Loud, small and expensive restaurant
looks like a lodge in the alps.. so you sit down you have dinner and then while drinking a beer before going to bed you enjoy the peaks...oh no well, the sea!
There was only one WC/shower for all the rooms generating queues in the morning. Our room was a bit noisy for that reason.
close to cliffs with birds gasoline station very close to many magnificient spots
no kitchen for backpackers
The location .
The shared bathroom, small and not clean.
Scenic location with several glacial waterfalls nearby as well as other natural wonders like black sand beaches and, the glacier, and lava fields. Serviceable room with a sink in-room and shared bathroom. Nice little restaurant in a natural setting.
The shared shower. Lukewarm water and a clogged drain such that you had to turn the water off every couple of minutes so as not to overflow the basin. No toilet paper for the bathroom (they supply it, it was just out), both leading to the impression that the staff could spend a little more time paying better attention to upkeep.
lo staff. The girl who works in reiception. 在前台工作的女孩态度不好
Excellent location. Good breakfast with lots of variety.
Very simply and noisy bedrooms.
Extremely expensive. Receptionist told us no other place to eat which wasn't true.
very noisy only one bathroom for ten rooms very expensive
You could feel the bedsprings. One of the sheets had holes. There was one bathroom for nine rooms. On top of it the campers were using the washroom too. The rooms were not in house on the picture, but in some shabby guesthouse on the side. I would not recommend this place at all.
Location, grill opportunity outside
Not comfortable small room, broken shelf upside the sink, old paint and the furniture inside, creaky and rigid beds, joint toilet and shower - one for many guest rooms
Very good location, clean, friendly staff
Lots of birds, great coastline, spectacular scenery. Dinner at the restaurant was very good and the service was friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.
No mirror in the room and toilets and showers were in the same room so there was always a wait!
Near the hiking trail.
No Wi-Fi No kitchen Dark
