The room was small but clean, with comfortable beds. A nice view from the windows. Staff was friendly and helpful. We has an excellent meal in the evening overlooking the harbour. The complimentary breakfast in the hotel was very good.

There was only 1 chair in the room so there's really no space to relax in the room. If you're simply looking for a bed, it works.

Unfortunately in this part of Iceland there are very few hotels open in April. Even though this was Easter it felt very much off season. There were very few other guests and we got the feeling they didn't really want any. A bleak looking building but it did allow us to tour the area we wanted. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed in all week but offerred the least facility. Perfectly clean and functional.

It would have been much better if there were kettles available in the room. We had no choice to eat anywhere else on the Easter Sunday and the meal was very disappointing - good meat but poor frozen vegetables. The staff were not particularly friendly, certainly compared to everywhere else we stayed in Iceland, and with so little local competition they maybe think they don't need to try harder.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellernt English. The restaurant has amazing views and was very comfortable.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was nicely designed and more "luxurious" than other places we had stayed in. The room had a view. It was clean and the bed a good size. The breakfast was also very good.

The food served was not what was stated on the menu - the so called "homebaked" bread was bake-off and the sauce, vegetables and potatoes the same for all meat courses (despite significant differences on the menu). The waitresses lacked training in waiting tables. The beer was served in the can....

The breakfast was a disgrace. Serving bake up bread without putting it in the oven is ridiculous . The hotel was understaffed, and the leadership does obviously not bother to train the personell. This is lazyness you could put upp with if the prices where not so high. I am sure you will not do anything about this because you are either to lazy or you do not care.

Schöne Lage auf dem Hügel, gutes Frühstück.

Ist fast das einzige Hotel in der Gegend, ist eher etwas überteuert. Zimmer sind altmodisch eingerichtet.

Chambres très propres et bien isolées des autres et du couloir (rare en 3* en Islande). Très bon petit déjeuner.

Goede ligging, parkeerplaats dichtbij, mooi uitzicht over het stadje

Afgeleefd, veel lawaai onder onze kamer, oude badkamer en dito meubelen

Sobere kamer en sober ontbijt. Ook voor IJslandse verhoudingen veel te duur.
