The view outside the room is amazing! Room is clean, bed is comfort and staff is friendly.

It would be better if they have a microwave for customers use.

Average quality breakfast

There is a Great view from Hotel to the Sea of Greenland and fjord. Breakfast was excellent. As well as service in the restaurant and also generally.

We prefer country locations with a good view and this certainly what we look for. It would appear (maybe just our experience but we asked this) that the hotel caters mainly for German bus tours. Indeed I think that we were the only non-Germans there. Our room was spacious and had an excellent view over the fjord. Indeed we awoke to see a cruise liner arriving. We had a private door out on to the front decking, which was nice. There was a really nice buffet dinner (and breakfast the next day), with a choice of lamb, salmon, cold meats etc. The hotel is conveniently located for the Godafoss waterfall – we went out to that after dinner, and also to Lake Mývatn and the lava fields.

The "Hotel with a View" has just that - an amazing view. It offers such a beautiful deck to enjoy the view as well as very comfortable common areas to relax in. Sunset from the deck was aboslutely gorgeous. The room was nice sized with a lovely view as well of the fjord. We thoroughly enoyed our two nights stay here - it was one of our favorites of the entire trip. Our triple was good sized and so clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great with hot eggs and bacon. Dinner buffet was amazing with excellent smoked salmon and roasted salmon for the main course. This was an unexpected treat. The owners family dog was especially friendly.

The hotel is clean and very well maintained. It is obvious the owners care about it a lot. The view is lovely.

la cercanÍA A akureyri, la vista desde el hotel, buen tamaÑO de las habitaciones. la decoraciÓN Y el mobiliario. hotel tranquilo Y con mucho espacio para estacionarse.

la limpieza de la ropa de cama. hubo que cambiar almohadas Y fundas. el agua caliente en la ducha tardaba mucho en salir.

Algo anticuada la habitación. La ubicación inmejorable

Triste. Unico aggettivo per descrive questo hotel. Arredamento decisamente datato, e poco funzionale. Non siamo riusciti neanche a fare la doccia perché è stato impossibile regolare l'acqua bollente.

Emplazamiento. Desde el hotel preciosas vistas.

Hotel muy normalito. Desayuno regular. Mobiliario de las habitaciones mejorable. Caro.

Schön gelegen am Fjord mit tollen Blick auf das Meer. Nicht weit bis Akureyri (ca. 10km) und bis Myvatn auch nur ca. 60min.

Latent unsauber mit Haarbüschel im Zimmer. Handtuchwehel bei 5 Tagen Aufenthalt gab es nicht. Das Perlonal macht leider den Eindruck, als hätte es absolut keinen Spass an der Arbeit.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte e salverei solo la veduta panoramica (peraltro non dalle stanze ma dall'esterno della struttura).

Non consiglierei questo hotel per I seguenti motivi: Il personale si è rivelato molto incompetente e poco professionale, sia a colazione (avevamo bisogno del caffè caldo e le persone che poi abbiamo capito essere gli addetti al servizio rimanevano seraficamente seduti a far la loro colazione senza qualificarsi e aiutarci), sia per una tassa che ci hanno addebitato in aggiunta al prezzo pattuito (abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla reception e la ragazza che c'era ci ha risposto in un inglese stentato e scusandosi che non sapeva che tassa fosse, avrebbe dovuto informarsi ma non c'era nessuno cui chiedere; così, dovendo partire, l'abbiamo pagata e via). Le stanza sono arredate male e in maniera obsoleta e il bagno, già in sè minuscolo, aveva un lavandino talmente piccolo che non riuscivi a lavarti nemmeno I denti perchè sbattevi la testa alla mensolina. Dispersivo e caotico, la sensazione è stata di essere abbandonati a noi stessi più del normale. Troppo caro per quello che offre, meglio una guesthouse dentro Akureyri, tanto più che in islanda non mancano di certo I panorami!

Comme beaucoup d'hôtels de ce pays, l'aspect extérieur quelque peu basic ne correspond pas du tout à l'intérieur. La décoration de cet hôtel est chaleureuse sans être trop lourde. Le hall principal et sa grande cheminée, ainsi que la terrasse d'entrée avec vue sur le fjord sont un vrai plus. Les chambres et les sanitaires sont simples mais confortables. Notre chambre possédait un petite balcon avec vue sur le fjord que nous avons particulièrement apprécié.

Le repas du soir était bon, mais servi en buffet. Pour le prix demandé nous aurions préféré un service à table

Het slechtste bed waarin ik de laatste 10 jaar heb geslapen! Totaal geradbraakt in de ochtend! Weinig comfortabele badkamer met reukhinder. Matige netheid. Prijs-kwaliteit van het avondeten (buffetvorm) ondermaats.

отличный семейный отель, немного далеко от города и находится на дороге №1, зато шикарный вид на фьорд. завтрак хороший.

Huggulegt viðmót, ágæt herbergi og góður morgunmatur.

Við völdum að kaupa kvöldverð hjá hótelinu, þ.E. hlaðborðið, í stað þess að borða á Akureyri. Maturinn stóð alls ekki undir væntingum þó verðið væri frekar hátt eða 5200 kr. Kjötið var ofeldað og sósan bragðlaus. Vantaði einhvern veginn bragðið í þetta allt saman. Mundi ekki velja þetta aftur eða mæla með því að óbreyttu!

La posizione, fuori dalla città ma non troppo lontano. Buona la cucina.

Como punto negativo el wifi no funcionaba.
