Located in the heart of Rome between the Colosseum and San Giovanni Basilica, this newly opened bed and breakfast is within walking distance of Rome’s most famous monuments. The room was very comfortable and well decorated (modern and cosy). It was cleaned with attention every days. Breakfast was a continental buffet with large choice of food. Staff was well-attentionned and helpfull. Location was ok: Colyseum and Forum are on walking distance (otherwise the hotel is deserved by buses 81 and 714) The room was very noisy: walls seem to be very thin so you can hear conversation of the staff in the corridor or the alarm clock of your neighbour in an other room. In addition, there were some works in the building early in the morning. For the breakfast, only 1 hot drink is included: a people of the staff kindly asked us if we would like an other coffee, we said yes but discovered later on that it was charged as an "extra drink" on our bill!

Excellent employees with a five star service, very helpful, always smiling and willing to assist you in any way they can. Good breakfast with all the basics, very nice room with an excellent bed with a very soft matress (which you need when in Rome) to relax, and good location (in walking distance from the Colosseum). If we go again in Rome we will definately stay there again.

Staff very helpful, especially Nils. Possibly best local knowledge guide ever encountered in a hotel. Great personal touch. Extremely comfortable beds, lovely shower, best hotel hairdryer I've come across. Hotel definitely has the needs of the weary traveller in mind! Close to key bus routes and main sights. As a minor issue breakfast choice could maybe have been a little wider but it was all the same sufficient and tasty.

The room is very clean and comfortable. There is satellite tv with a lot of channels. Staffs are really friendly. The air con works very well compare to the other rooms I stayed in Italy. The hotel is a little bit far from city center, however there are many historical places around. The breakfast is a little bit borring and low quality.

- Design is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes - ambience is relaxing - very very comfortable bed - warm people - free city map & overview of rome - receptionists are very patient answering questions on going around - breakfast is nice - water temperature in the shower constant - free toiletries Overall good but has tolerable, minor issues: - Best reached with bus, nearest metro is far like 1 km away. Don't go to the colosseum on a sunday night as there's no bus going back to the hotel after 9pm & you will need to walk through a long desserted street. - if you can't sit outside you'll have to share 1 table inside with the rest of the guests - they bring the food to your table (not sure if you can ask for refill) & i hope they don't serve left overs of other guests - shower is quite tiny & hand held shower has no slot which can hold it (ended up falling on my foot & it was painful) - water in the shower takes time to drain - no complimentary water & hot drinks except during breakfast - no lift

Everything was great . I reached the hotel by bus from Termini , the bus stop was right outside the hotel , and moreover there were a couple more bus lines very close to it, to go to the center of Rome . The room was beautiful , even though not very spacious , but it was nicely decorated and clean . The location was very nice and quiet , but after having a long walk in the center of Rome , a bus or a taxi to take you back would be a better choice than walking down there . I really enjoyed staying there and Niels gave us some great hits&tips to wonder around Rome . Excellent choice.

The guys are really soooooo nice. It's the only hotel that someone will help me with the luggages. And the room is clean and comfortable. No room for breakfast, but food is quite okay~ A little bit for finding the hotel, though just need a call to the reception. Soooooo weak signal for WIFI in the room. And far from the metro station, transportation is inconvenient.

We have been there for one week and it was really nice, rooms are beautiful and the staff is really nice...if they still being as they are now, for sure I will repeat. And is not far away, close to Caracalla terms and 10 minutes walking from The Colliseum...so a nice place to stay in Rome!

Very modern and cosy - bed was memory foam so was very comfortable. Good breakfast and extremely helpful staff! All in all a very enjoyable stay - thanks you. Wasn't quite keen on the breakfast set-up/seating arrangements. One dinning room table that sat 6 people at a time - not sure how this would work if all guests came down at roughly the same time to eat?!

Everything was perfect. The staff, Niels, Sharka and Housein was very friendly and kind. They helped a lot our trip. Our room was small but very comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend it, especially for couples like ourselves! The b&b isn't very close to the city center, but the bus number 81 from Via Navicella can take you anywhere very fast.

Very close to the city center. Only 15 minites from Colosseum, 30 minites from piazza Venezia on foot. Great for having morning walk, do some site seeing and go for a coffee or shopping in the city center. I like the small garden outside. Must be nice taking breakfast outside in the summer. Staff was helpfull. Room was "ok-sized" but "warm" and friendly. Thumbs up! Kinda small hoter, not much view from windows (it's in the city, anyway). Bath could have been a little bit better. PS:Dont trust bus #81. Take 81 only to get to center. Get 85 to get to piazza San Giovanni and walk from there to the hotel. Go prepared.. Most Italians dont know English.

Had a great time in Rome. Hotel and its location very good,10 minutes walk from colleseum, forum etc. Nice area, felt safe at all times, even walking late at night. Staff extremely helpful, multi lingual and informative. Room tastefully decorated and large bed was extremely comfortable, especially after a day walking around the city! Would certainly stay there again. Bathroom cleanliness could do with a little more attention.

The owner was very friendly, spoke several languages fluently and was extremely helpful. On arrival we were given a map with details of bus services and other info including places to eat. The hotel was well furnished and had good comfortable beds. The only thing I could fault it on would be the dirty shower curtain.

Very good for an easy stay in Rome if you are looking for a clean comfortable room to stay in. The staff is excellent. Very very helpful. Our room was cleared and cleaned daily and we were given new clean towels daily except for the last day. Rooms are recently decorated and modern. The area is great since it is near enough to the centre but not exactly in the busiest of areas. Going around by busses from the area is easy. Get No. 81 from just round the corner to go to the centre or No 714 across the road from the bed and breakfast. Going back in the evening it might be easier to take any bus to San Giovanni in Lauterano (very frequent) and walk across via amba aradam. The room is a bit small but the bed is a luxury. Overall it is good but it is advertised as a hotel with restaurant when it is a bed and breakfast without a restaurant. Breakfast is served on a common table and irrespective of the number of days you spend there will be always the same. You have to get used to ambulances which pass frequently along the road since at the end of via amba aradam there is a hospital.

Liked the location close to the colloseum. Excellent room, clean. Difficult to find. They are working on getting a sign on the road to the hotel. Breakfast with only white bread. Stayed too much at hotels that offer a breakfast buffet. But its not an issue for 4 days.

Can be good value for money, depending the price you book the room. If you are eager to spend more than 80-100 euros per night, you can search for something else, closer to the center. Its a little bit out of the way. Its not in the "heart of the city" so you will need to take a taxi sometimes to return back to the hotel(10- 20euros). Bus service to the centre is not very good (only 1 direct bus, rare during the night)

Even though it was a small b&b the decor was very nice and room was very cosy. The staff ,especially Neils was very welcoming, friendly and very helpful as he went beyond the call of duty to be helpful to visitors. I will definately return and recomend it to my friends. It might not have been a five star hotel, but the service that we recieve deserve a 10. It was also idealy situated in regards to geting around by public transport.
