Friendly and helpful staff, fluent in English and available 24 hours. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Room is small but well organized. Beds were made and towels were changed every day. There's a small terrace where you can have breakfast. Would not stay in this hotel again because we found two little but disgusting caterpillars in the bathroom. Also, the shower was very shabby (room 3) and the water run quite weekly. Late in the evening we had to wait about two minutes before the hot water started running. The floor in the room was dusty as well as the blankets on the beds. No sound isolation at all - if other guests will be noisy in the hallway you'll definitely hear it.

The staff was exceptionally helpful with directions, information and eating suggestions and cultural descriptions. I really appreciated that I was able to send my poster to the hotel prior to the conference and found it at my door upon arrival. The hotel was safe and in a great location to my conference.

Fantastic, modern room. German guy on reception very knowledeable, helpful and friendly. Spoke excellent english and other languages. Located about 15 minutes walk from the Colusseum. Bus stop almost outside. Good breakfast spread. Entrance difficult to find - it is on lower ground floor, to the left, down a car park ramp. Mini-bar too expensive. Lack of restaurants nearby.

Great location. 15 min walk to the colliseum. Beautiful facilities. Very modern and immaculately clean. Staff so friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Free wifi. Nice included breakfast with cold measts, cheeses, buns, cereal, cakes, coffee, tea, juice, milk served either indoors at a communal table or out doors on a pretty patio. We could not have been more pleased. There is no sign yet fot this small Hotel. It has been ordered but apparently everything in Rome takes forever. FYI the entrance is to the left of the corner and down a small driveway with gates that are open. About 30 feet down the drive look to your right and there is a pretty patio and the entrance way. This Hotel is well worth the few minutes it took us to find the door. It will be perfect when the sign goes up.

Staff were incredible -- calling the airline that misplaced my luggage multiple times per day. Facilities very nice and new. Location is a bit of a walk from any major destination. Rooms can be on the noisy side if there is activity on the courtyard or outside.

The hotel room was very modern with lovely amenities. It was very clean and towels were changed everyday. We stayed in room 8 which was very large and had a nice modern bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Colosseum was a 5 minute walk! Good value for money! I found the hotel quite noisy as our room was near reception so you could hear them getting things ready for breakfast and hear people going in and out but I'm a light sleeper which might be why! It is a bit difficult to find- the entrance is down through a gate towards the back of the building! But don't let this put you off!

The hotel was very close to route no 81 which drives into the major highlights of Rome. Rooms are modernly refurbished and the bed was very comfortable. Suggestion to Travellers with young children: Given that the cost from Fiumicino Airport to Termini station by train is of 28 euros. Considering that taxis by Comune di Roma would cost only 40 euros from airport to hotel (and vice versa), if you carry a lot of luggage plus pushchair, it is much more worth it to take the taxi. Don't expect an exceptional breakfast. Just basic food to start the day.

The room is very clean and comfortable. There is satellite tv with a lot of channels. Staffs are really friendly. The air con works very well compare to the other rooms I stayed in Italy. The hotel is a little bit far from city center, however there are many historical places around. The breakfast is a little bit borring and low quality.

Everything was great . I reached the hotel by bus from Termini , the bus stop was right outside the hotel , and moreover there were a couple more bus lines very close to it, to go to the center of Rome . The room was beautiful , even though not very spacious , but it was nicely decorated and clean . The location was very nice and quiet , but after having a long walk in the center of Rome , a bus or a taxi to take you back would be a better choice than walking down there . I really enjoyed staying there and Niels gave us some great hits&tips to wonder around Rome . Excellent choice.

The guys are really soooooo nice. It's the only hotel that someone will help me with the luggages. And the room is clean and comfortable. No room for breakfast, but food is quite okay~ A little bit for finding the hotel, though just need a call to the reception. Soooooo weak signal for WIFI in the room. And far from the metro station, transportation is inconvenient.

We have been there for one week and it was really nice, rooms are beautiful and the staff is really nice...if they still being as they are now, for sure I will repeat. And is not far away, close to Caracalla terms and 10 minutes walking from The Colliseum...so a nice place to stay in Rome!

Very modern and cosy - bed was memory foam so was very comfortable. Good breakfast and extremely helpful staff! All in all a very enjoyable stay - thanks you. Wasn't quite keen on the breakfast set-up/seating arrangements. One dinning room table that sat 6 people at a time - not sure how this would work if all guests came down at roughly the same time to eat?!

Very close to the city center. Only 15 minites from Colosseum, 30 minites from piazza Venezia on foot. Great for having morning walk, do some site seeing and go for a coffee or shopping in the city center. I like the small garden outside. Must be nice taking breakfast outside in the summer. Staff was helpfull. Room was "ok-sized" but "warm" and friendly. Thumbs up! Kinda small hoter, not much view from windows (it's in the city, anyway). Bath could have been a little bit better. PS:Dont trust bus #81. Take 81 only to get to center. Get 85 to get to piazza San Giovanni and walk from there to the hotel. Go prepared.. Most Italians dont know English.

Had a great time in Rome. Hotel and its location very good,10 minutes walk from colleseum, forum etc. Nice area, felt safe at all times, even walking late at night. Staff extremely helpful, multi lingual and informative. Room tastefully decorated and large bed was extremely comfortable, especially after a day walking around the city! Would certainly stay there again. Bathroom cleanliness could do with a little more attention.

The owner was very friendly, spoke several languages fluently and was extremely helpful. On arrival we were given a map with details of bus services and other info including places to eat. The hotel was well furnished and had good comfortable beds. The only thing I could fault it on would be the dirty shower curtain.

Very good for an easy stay in Rome if you are looking for a clean comfortable room to stay in. The staff is excellent. Very very helpful. Our room was cleared and cleaned daily and we were given new clean towels daily except for the last day. Rooms are recently decorated and modern. The area is great since it is near enough to the centre but not exactly in the busiest of areas. Going around by busses from the area is easy. Get No. 81 from just round the corner to go to the centre or No 714 across the road from the bed and breakfast. Going back in the evening it might be easier to take any bus to San Giovanni in Lauterano (very frequent) and walk across via amba aradam. The room is a bit small but the bed is a luxury. Overall it is good but it is advertised as a hotel with restaurant when it is a bed and breakfast without a restaurant. Breakfast is served on a common table and irrespective of the number of days you spend there will be always the same. You have to get used to ambulances which pass frequently along the road since at the end of via amba aradam there is a hospital.

Liked the location close to the colloseum. Excellent room, clean. Difficult to find. They are working on getting a sign on the road to the hotel. Breakfast with only white bread. Stayed too much at hotels that offer a breakfast buffet. But its not an issue for 4 days.

“It was an excellent small hotel like a boutique hotel kind of place. The building was in a central location of the city, and a great advantage is that, it is very close to metro line... The staff is very gentle and friendly. Very well designed and comfortable room in a historical big building, so cute...” Oya, Ankara |
