At the time of our booking, the listing on said it had parking on site. We booked our hotels for our trip based on this requirement. When he checked in and found out that the listing was wrong, they refused to allow us to shorten our stay out alert it in any way without paying the full amount. The listing also said there is Wi-Fi in all areas which also was not true. Lastly, we asked for advice on the best way to get to Vatican city. We were given very wrung advice that lead to is spending inert an hour and a half on a bus that should have only taken 20 minutes. In short, know this stuff going in and you may be okay but this place isn't the best when you have a small child.

The staff were very nice, we had a problem with the hot water on the first day but it was fixed pretty quickly, they even offered us beverages for the inconvenience. Really comfortable beds and the overall look is immaculate, very good price for such an amazing hotel.

There was nothing I didn't particularly dislike, just some tips such as the toilet brush should be replaced immediately, they should have an extra glass in the shower cabinet, water goes everywhere and the toilet sit is so high up in room 6, my legs were in the air and I am "5.10, some DIY in the walls and door frames, but then again is just my opinion, I am a bit OCD.

Excellent location, not too busy and noise levels minimal at night. Only 10 min stroll from the coliseum and other attractions. The hotel was very very clean and perfect for our stay. We were greeted by a friendly staff member at midnight and showed us too our room and helped carry our cases which was very helpful after a very long day with our baby son. Breakfast was excellent for a 3 star hotel, not much choice but perfect for us to start the day. Also the other staff members during the day were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially couples and we would definitely stay there again if visiting Rome in the future

Only downfall was not having a bath for our baby boy but this was our fault as we should have requested one of the other rooms with a bath in it

Comfortable bed, large bathroom. The breakfast is ample, although more savoury options would be good. We had a small courtyard, which was fantastic to use after a hard day exploring Rome. Great location, with short walk to the Metro. Restaurants close walk away.

Be warned about room 7. The courtyard was great, but the walls of the room are thin, and the room is next to the reception. I could hear the noise of the receptionist moving in their chair. Let alone when a loud family of Americans checked out at 6am one morning, going back and forwards down the corridor at top voice.

Very knowledgable lady at Reception. Room looked nice - but it would appear we didn't get the room we thought we had booked as it was much much smaller. Location was good for collosseum. Would recommend based on presentation, but think room location is a big key as to whether this meets expectations.

Didn't get room we thought we had booked. Room was right next to Reception and on the other side a family with a young child who was quite distressed. Family didn't appear to do much/care to calm the child down. Staff did try and speak to family but it didn't change much. Room also faced street which was very noisy with sirens- believe it is right near a hospital. Would have appreciated being relocated to another room this wasn't able to be done...

The staff was the absolute friendliness they help with anything they can. The breakfast is basic croissants, rolls, cereal, and fruit. They'll ask if you want meat and cheese and say yes! I had like 3 cups of tea every morning. The beds our the comfiest with one regular pillow and one tempurpedic. The location was great for us because we're big walkers. The hotel was a max 10 min walk from the colosseum and then the metro station is right next to the colosseum. Also if you go across the street, straight through the little park and left all the way at the end of the street is a supermarket. The price was absolutely amazing for what you get. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed 2 times and the second time we stayed our refrigerator didn't work.

The hotel staff, location, breakfast and rooms are good.

Nothing in particular, the hotel is very good in it own location, if it was in another city I would might say not a good hotel, but in Rome, that was a good one. Definitely will use it again next time.

It was very clean and the bus stop was right across the street which also took you to the metro. Was close to the colosseum. Most of the staff was friendly

Only about half of the staff spoke english. They had the same breakfast every single day and it was stale on the 3rd day. They offered water bottles but did not tell us we have to pay for them.. no elevator and said free parking but there is no parking. A little hard to find but we did.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and it was in a great location.

Breakfast was awkward eating it with strangers. I would have liked the option to eat in the room.

    Bed, pillow and decoration.

Not recommend. There were cockroaches in the room. We were without hot water in one Day . No ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast varied slightly and far from the subway.

Very good value for good price. Modern and cozy room with a nice bathroom. The hotel is just 10 minutes walk from Colloseum and 5 minutes from Archbasilica of St. John Lateran.

A bit small room and no restaurants near the hotel.

Location, 10 min walk from Colosseum and the size of the bed was brilliant.

Breakfast and internet were very poor. Why do we have to have a breakfast at the reception? There was no toasting machine so we had to ask for it. If you want another one, you have to ask for it again. The hot water for tea was actually cold so I had to switch to coffee at breakfast! Nothing I would do normally. And you can only get 1 cup of coffee, for another one you need to ask again! The breakfast was at 7:30-10am so if you end up going down at 9:30am you may end up having no eggs no fruits. Really some improvement is needed about breakfast. The free wifi was really bad, I had no connection from my room, had to go down to the reception in order to get to wifi. 2014? No wifi in your room is nothing you can imagine. I need to work too while I am on holidays.
