excellent and helpful staff, provide lots of precise information in Roma that help us a lot. Great breakfast, great room. This is basically a 4 star hotel room with the friendliness of a B&B

The hotel was very nice, Very Clean and the owner was extremly kind. I recomended this hotel for its quality. The metro is 1km far about 15 minutes by foot. The bus stop is about 80 meters. In Rome you will use must more the bus instead of the Metro.

Liked the cleaniness of the rooms of the rooms. Comfortable beds. Heating was very efficient, and quiet. Good shampoo and soaps. Excellent value for money, internet + breakfast.

A strange incense in the hall ways, makes the air feel kind of heavy. Early check out time, 10 am (a bit inconvenient). No sign board outside the building making it difficult to locate (maybe this is due to municipality regulations?).

I liked everything, the high standard of the decor,and the room was spacious and clean, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, clean white linen and fresh towels. As soon as you walk into reception you are struck by the elegance and charm of this beautiful b&b. The staff are friendly, warm and accommodating. It is also a fab location within walking distance of many sights and transport is on your doorstep - across the road is a bus stop, the nearest tube is a comfortable 10 minute walk. I could not have chosen better if I had tried. Highly recommended only 6 rooms so book early to avoid disappointment.

convenient and safe location close to a few different methods of public transport as well as walking distance from a few major sites in Rome. staff had very good english and were very helpful at all times. Breakfast was very freash & tasty each morning and gave a nice oppurtunity to chat with other guests about their experiences in Rome.

inexpensive compared to outrageous hotel prices, conveniently located near the colisseum and king-sized beds.

Wish that there was an offering of fruit for breakfast, but don't get me wrong, their breakfast is great, consisting of fresh meats, cheeses, croissants, cereal, coffee, milk and juice.

The room and the bathroom were too small, not at all as they seem on the pictures at the web site. The bathroom was very cramped with toilet and bidet - almost no hooks to hang the towels. Although it is close to the Colosseum, you should walk up an hill in order to get there and the area nearby was deserted in the evening.

Room was small but clean and well decorated. Excellent location for city tour - you could reach most important sights on foot.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well decorated and clean rooms; towels changed every day. Good continental breakfast which included cereal, croissants, selection of cold meats, cheese, rolls and jam. Nearby bus stop which takes you to nearly all the major tourist sites in Rome.

No complaints about the hotel, but tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been appreciated.
