My room was upgraded to a double room with balcony on my arrival , which made me very happy and i staked happy throughout the stay. Light refreshments were available 24 hours. The room was clean and near enough the city centre to walk comfortably and far enough away to feel relaxed after a days sight seeing. The gardens that line the Arno on the way to centre and in the other direction are truly lovely. Next time I will explore the area around the hotel as this area looks very interesting and has a lot to offer too.

I would have loved a bath but that is my personal preference - the shower was fine. I would have preferred fresh milk with the 24 hr refreshment option.

The individuality of the rooms and the attention given to guests by owners.

Brothers Boni are great.Very gentle and helpful (Sorry Stefano for the arrival time but it wasnt our fault).The 4 bed room was very big , comfortable and clean.The decoration is very romantic.Distance from the center of Florence is about 1.5klm (20min walking) and there is a bus near hotel.

No parking and no elevator but I dont care.When I will be again in Florence,i will stay only in Artevita.

Great staff , clean and room was very big . Mind you they put s in a 4 bed room .

Really good and decent location for walking to the railway station, tourist spots, visits to really nice and inexpensive local restaurants, parks and supermarket. The double glazing and double windows are an excellent facility ensuring quality sleep. Hosts Leonardo and Stefano are very accommodating, helpful and informative. A special note of thanks to Stefano who prepared an earlier than usual breakfast for us so that we can set off for our day excursion.

Buffet breakfast offers a good variety of cakes, bread (fresh and pre-packed), cereals and drinks but may consider providing some nice pastry and cold cuts.

Everything was perfect. The BB was cosy, clean, we felt like home. The moment you enter the apartment you feel a very nice scent and get a warm sensation. Very nicely decorated. Leonardo and Stefano were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Just down the building there was the bus station taking you to Piazzale Michelangelo (bus number 12) and very close there was the bus station (number 6) or tram station (Paolo Uccelo Station) taking you to Santa Maria Novella. I had a very beautiful birthday there, thanks to my fiance, friends and this beautiful place :). We would definitely recommend this place. Choose it without thinking twice.

the part of town (San Frediano) is the genuine part of Florence yet close to all the attractions downtown. friendly staff, clean, nicely decorated the building is a beautiful example of 1930's architecture.

The single room's bathroom is private and clean but at the opposite end of the hallway where breakfast is served. Not the owners's fault, but bring a dressing gown!

The stay is the best in Italy.the room is well decorated and super clean.the hosters are very nice and help a lot.the breakfast is also really good sometimes they would prepare the breakfast and put it in your room.i would definitely go and stay there again.

Leonardo and Stefano are fabulous hosts! Upon booking, the brothers instantly got in touch to advise on helpfull item eg parking, check-in etc. Finding the building was no problem, we left the car out front to off load, obtained a discount 24-hour parking card for €10 and it was easy to find a parking (only along the blue lines - white is reserved for residents) on the street. They also reserved tickets for the Uffizi for us and had a leaflet with helpful hints for us: Supermarket across the square, ice cream parlour downtown (splendid - a must try!), etc! From their apartment we did everything on foot but there are also bus stops around and the lines are pointed out in the leaflet. Breakfast offered a very reasonable choice. Cookies, water and hot beverages are also available throughout the day. All in all, we had a fabulous stay! Thank you again, Leonardo and Stefano!

Leonardo and Stefano are very friendly and welcome. They provided a lot of information when stay in Firenze. The room is very clean with wonderful smell. There is a big supermarket and Fast food car which is very closed to the hotel.

There is no elevator in the hotel. It means I have to take heavy luggage to climb 3 stairs.

Clean, beautifully decorated, every detail covered, very comfy bed, spacious, and breakfast in our room! Also we had access to tea/coffee/water overnight. Everything was great!

Stephano and Leonardo were absolutely wonderful. They are very helpful, supplied lots of excellent information and really care about their guests. The breakfast was top-notch.

Not enough local cafes with outside seating on quiet streets really close by.

The location is good. Although on a busy road, the windows are secondary glazed to provide excellent sound-proofing. The rooms are big, bright and airy and very clean.

Great staff! recommend! hotel is quite nice. very comfortable room and easy use failities, just like stay at home and both hotel owners are very friendly and helpful. they send out several email to tell me how to arrive their hotel and confirm the arriving timing. even when i arrived earlier than original aligned, Bony came from his home to help me without any complain. The hotel location is quite peaceful place, you can direct take bus No.12 to right arrive in front of the hotel. i would absolutely stay here again when i came to Florence again.

you need to pre-communicate with owner on your arrive timing. if you want to change, you'd better contact the hotel owner earlier.

The athmosphere was really pleasant, with a 1900 touch. The areas were not big but were very cosy. My room had a lovely balcony facing the sreet, in where I could have my breakfast! The room, shared areas and bathroom were very clan and nicely decorated. The walking distance to the main station and city center was easy and tehere were also buses from there to different parts of the city.

It is a wonderful hotel! Very clean and cozy, near to the historical and sightseeing center of Firenze. Easy parking (with the help of the hotel's owners - the two very friendly and caring Brothers). They have also advised and gave a discount for some local restaurants of perfect cuisine (which are not so expensive as restaurants in tourist part of Firenze at the father shore of the river). Fine breakfast! Marvelous rooms in the vintage house, where you feel youself the true Florentine!

Honestly, Everything was more than great. The Boni Brothers are amazing and they treat all their guests as family. Im glad i have met them and i hope that they enjoyed meeting me as much as i enjoyed meeting them.

Nothing.. Maybe the location was a bit far from my main school campus however it was very close to my second campus so it cancels it out :D

The friendliness, hospitality and service-minded of the brother-owners are excellent. The room for 4 is spacious, very clean and the beds are comfortable.

The hosts were very helpful, the breakfast was very good, location was near some good restaurants and the room layout was perfect for our group of 4 with our 2 boys.

Stefano and Leonardo were two very kind hosts and this side of the river Arno just as charming as tfhe other with all the tourist spots and crowds. We can only recommend you to stay at 1900 Artevita b&B.
