207 InnViale Giulio Cesare N° 207, Vaticano, 00192 Rome (Show map) Very good, Score from 128 reviews“The stuff was great, friendly and very helpful. Not to mention the location. It's exaclty 2 minutes walk from a Metro Station (Linea A, Ottaviano stop) and 5 minutes walk from the Vatican city! The hotel is located on the first floor of the building, it's more like a bed and breakfest than a hotel. Staff is really attentious and cool, but you really gotta call them before, if you'll arrive after 20:30, otherwise there will be no one at the reception. Rooms are renewed, confortable and very clean, tv is kinda small, but i went to Rome to see the city, not to watch tv. And it's ten minutes walking from Vaticano I had a very good time there and i recommend this hotel! The hotel is not located in the city center, so you probably will have to take a bus or the metro to go to the colosseo, piazza navona ecc. But fot the price i've paid, it's okay!

Last but not least, the Room was big enough for two persons and it was reasonably priced! The only thing that I have to complain about I guess is that the T.V. was broken, and that the mini bar (small refrigirator) wasn't do the job! However, this B&B is Highly Recommended!

The staff are very nice and the room was clean. it is in a good location next to the metro station. They bring breakfast to your room in the morning which is great. I booked the hotel because it said it had internet everywhere however the signal was very poor which was a shame. Also the tv in my room did not work.

From the moment we walked into the hallway, we were extremely impressed. It was full of character, with a vintage lift (that worked!) like something out of hitchcock movies. Marco gave us a wonderful welcome; the room was fantastic. We loved the breakfast in bed, the balcony, the location. This was a romantic break for us, and the room at 207 Inn was perfect for this. We sat on the balcony each night watching the world go by with a glass of wine. Thanks to Marco for accommodating us. Please note that this was not a 5 star hotel with all the facilities - it was a room with a view in a fantastic location, location, location - just 5 minutes from the vatican.

The staff was excellent in the hotel = they know everything a normal traveller might need and they are ready to help you with any problem! The Internet wireless connection was working poorly, because the room was located too far away from the router. And for working you had to go to the reception to have a normal Internet. But I think that this problem will be soon solved. And also for a standart traveller (who doesn't have to work during a holiday) it will be no problem at all.

The staff at 207 was so great. They were very welcoming at the start, very concerned and helpful when I was sick one day, and always helpful. They brought me a cappuccino, cornetto, and juice every morning & on my birthday they brought me a special cornetto with nutella and wished me a happy birthday!! My room was very clean as well and just enough space. 207 is affordable and excellent!!! Stay here!!

A very nice, clean, safe hotel in the center of Rome, very close to the Vatican and museum. Very close to the underground railway and lots of lovely shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but about the same as mostly every hotel we stayed at. The room was as described, although smallish, it is about average size for older city hotels, and is what we booked. A little noisy at times but you are in the center of a large busy city, so noise is expected. Close the door and you hear no street noise. The air conditioner either didnt work or i was too dumb to use it properly.

The breakfast was good and it was served in our room. The location is also good, it is just a few steps from the Vatican Museum. The only thing I didn't like is the tourist tax that we had to pay for Rome, but this is small compared to the quality of 207 Inn.

I am very grateful to the staff at 207 Inn as they really made me and my wife feel as if we are staying in someone's home! Thank you and kudos to the staff @ 207 Inn! Also i like the proximity to the metro and the Vatican City which I planned one day of exploration there. It is a good place to stay if the Vatican city is a main point of your visit.

Our stay at the 207 Inn was a last minute choice as our originally arranged reserved hotel was not acceptable. 207 Inn was conveniently located to sights we planned to visit and the neighborhood was colorful and interesting. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. They provided good information regarding sight seeing, local transportation and assisted us with obtaining tickets to the various locales. The hotel was charming and comortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to other visitors.

The design is comfortable and the room was pleasant There is nothiing that states that there is no staff from 6pm till 8am and that this is a part of a apratment block. The stay would have been rated better, had it not been for the rude and unpleasant remarks by the gentleman who checked us out.he was downright condescending and ticked us off for not having left the keys (when the keys are required to open the streetside door , to access the Inn part of the building !!) behind on the day of our checkout. we had actually confirmed with the lady receptionist - Daliaha who was cheerful, friendly and fantastic, if we could leave our bags packed and collect them later than the noon checkout time. She agreed that , if needed that would take out our bags to let out the room to the next guest. Yet we were rudely 'scolded' by the man receptionist, which ruined our entire experience.Daliaha deserves to work in a better place !

The staff were friendly and very helpful even with the language barriers. The room was close to the Vatican, buses and metro. Rome central and train terminus were easy to access but a bit more distant. Many tourist sites were walkable (30-45 minutes). Lots of cafes, food shops close by. The room was comfortable and spacious by Rome's standard.

Unlike previous comments, staff spoke English very well, and even German (being my native language), overall very friendly people. The single bed room indeed was tiny, however very clean, nicely decorated, way enough storage space, quiet at night. Perfect for a single traveler like me who basically wants a neat place to sleep at night, while exploring the city during the day. Subway is less than 5 walking minutes away, St. Peters square/Vatican less than 15 minutes. The look out of the window shows a dirty backyard to other buildings, so don't expect a great view at the city. Nothing negative for me though.

207 Inn is in a great location to see the Vatican. It has excellent accessibility by Metro, and is within walking range to see ancient Rome. Walking was great because you got to see everything. The room was good size, especially since there were three of of in it. Marco was especially helpful at the desk and offered information about seeing the sights of Rome. I would stay here again. My only complaint would be that the room was loud at night - being next to a busy road. There seemed to be little sound proofing. The second night I wore ear plugs and slept well!

Very good, 8.2
Score from 160 reviews
“I like the spaciousness and comfort of the room. It has a contemporary and stylish design which young couple like us appreciates. With a good bedding, well working air-con and decent bathroom, we are able to get a good night rest after a long day of walking and sight-seeings in the bustling life of Rome. The location is good, within walking distant to sight-seeing places i.e. Colosseum, Trevi Fountain etc, however, we still purchased the Open Tour bus to get to other tourist places (Rome is rather "hilly" and you can get tired just walking on slopes). I find the area rather safe with good amenities.” Charlene, Singapore |
