Noisy room (on the road). Too expensive compared with the facilities offered. No reception. Full of poorly educated guests...

The guy who was in the reception was very kind and good Speaking English. Good location to go everywhere in Rome!

This hotel is simply gorgeous from the beautiful rooms with Opera House view and with fabulous Jacuzzi Shower the best I have ever seen in all the Hotel I visti ed around the world. What more can I add, staff were outstanding friendly without being over the top

location. Part of an old apartment block in heart of city. Classic caged lift in middle of marble stairwell. Rooms have access to kitchen area and free coffee tea making. The surprise of entering an individual /independant stylish hotel.

We spent a few days there, we travelled a lot but we never been in a magic Hotel like this. Built in the hystoric building close to the major attraction we were very satisfy. The Jacuzzi shower is amazing also the room facing the Opera. Staff warm and polite. Be back again

Lovely stay there we really enjoyed it. We booked a room for my anniversary with my wife to spend a romantic holiday in the Eternal City. Very close to the major attraction walkable distance to everywhere also from the main Station. The Hotel built in the old building very nice also the room very spacious in front of the Opera's theatre. Staff really helpfully and kind suggested us the best Restaurant in Rome. We were really happy and we will book again there next year.

Everythings was perfect at this Hotel. We spent here our holidays, warm welcome from Emiliano speaks a very good english, he was really helpfully to showed us a map and the most important thing to see. Room was very nice decoreded with a comfortable bed and a fantastic Jacuzzi shower with the lights. Also good value for a money, Definitely be back soonest!

The location was very central and the room was very nice.

Found the pictures of the hotel quite misleading, as main picture is the view from the hotel rather than the hotel itself. Staff were good but not around for as long as was stated. Instructions as to the use of room facilities would have been nice as the shower was quite complex and counldn't get hold of anyone to help figure it out.

The staff were great and spoke English. The bed was very comfortable. The location was amazing for seein the sites if Rome

Walls are very thin, one can easily hear neighbours speaking.

No free Wifi - The internet was expensive to use.

We arrived earlier than the 2pm check in and we were allowed to check into our rooms which was great after an early morning flight to get to Rome. The hotel is only a 10 min walk from Termini Station.

The only thing I can cristise was the breakfast. It cost 15 Euros for 2 breakfasts and it was only a ham and cheese sandwich with a croissant and coffee/tea. Not really worth the money in my opinion. Take some DVD`s the only channels you have in English is BBC 24 News and a films channel but not always are they in English.

Design/layout of the room. Chemical smell on sheets and towels No towel change in 3 days unless you wanted to pay an additional charge. 1 English tv channel and tv size in comparison to the room In expected additional tax on the room of €4 a night at check in.

Service, location, clean room and updated fittings

The hotel is set four hundred yards from the Termini Rail Station so this is good for people arriving by train or bus. Set opposite the Opera house it is easily found with a large brown door as the entrance. Should the door not be open then access is by intercom to the right of the door (Ignore all the intercom buttons on the LHS). The hotel is rather unusual as it consists of a reception and several sets of rooms set within the building on the first and third floors. All you get is reception service which will attend to any requests and queries, together with a room with tea making services outside the room in the corridor. The rooms although reasonably small as you would expect from a typical hotel room in Rome but are well appointed with most facilities and very clean and well decorated. Access to the rooms can be gained 24 hours a day by a key cad that opens external doors and the room door. Although the hotel is located in central Rome as we live in a rural area we requested a quiet room at the time of making the reservation. The room we got was one that faced onto an inner courtyard and as we had trouble with closing the window on the first evening slept with the window open, there was little or no noise and we slept well!!! Like many hotels unless the windows are shut the AC does not operate so insure that you close the window to ensure the use of this function. We made several requests at the reception and all were dealt with courteously and effectively by the staff who spoke reasonably good English. When you check in you also receive a coupon for a free pizza at a local restaurant which is about 400 yards from the hotel. We took advantage of this and found the place to be reasonable and friendly so went back for a second meal another evening (Unusual for us!!

No public area but we were aware of this before we booked!!
