Thank you for a lovely time. The room was great and staff very pleasant. The location was also quite good! Just a tiny issue, there was body odour on the blanket when we arrived. |

The cleanliness of the hotel room. The limit of one key per room and the absence of 24 hour concierge service. |

The location was great. Good sized room with comfortable bed and clean. Common breakfast area poorly stocked. Shower could have had more power. An english language entertainment tv channel would have been nice. |

Every thing was fantastic. And I would recommend it to a friend. The room and service was excellent On arriving to the hotel it was difficult to find the door as it was not clearly marked. The lift was very old and a bit scarry. |

The Inn was very close to the Termini making easy access to the Vatican and Old Roman sites via Metro or Bus. Room was small but comfortable and window looked out at the old Opera House. Street noise was minimal. Rooms were not soundproof however guests were advised to keep noise to a respectful level and this was for the most part adhered to. |

Close to the metro and train stations and easy to get around from the hotel's position in the city. The shower was not very clean. The elevator is so small that we had to make 3 trips with our luggage to go up and also to leave. We only had one key for the room, which also controlled the lights, Tv, etc.... My husband could not go out to buy a soda and leave me in the room, because he needed the key to get out and back into the building. If he took the key all the lights, TV, etc.... would go out and I would be in total darkness until he came back, 2 keys should be handed out. |

The hotel was close to the train station. The bathroom was very modern and the TV as big. We rented a DVD one night from the office which was a nice option. This is not a normal hotel where you have a lobby, but it is in a residental building. This was nice at times because you did not have to leave your key at the front desk like other hotels. |

Pleasant staff. Excellent service with ice machine and ice bucket for the champagne we bought in the supermarket. Jacuzzi shower was excellent. Allthough it was situated on a busy street the window shut out all of the noise. I would definitely stay there again! No breakfast, but of course we knew that when we booked the hotel. |

The hotel was not very far from all the major tourist sights and therefore was a great place to stay. Very helpful staff and lovely room. Will be going back next year for a few days and will definately stay here again. Only one negative point was the fridge in our room did not work. However this was ok as ice was provided as well. |

The hotel was amazing. Even though we arrived late the staff was amazing and gave a very detailed check in even showing us to our room. Overall the propertyw as small but very presentable at all times and the key access to all doors by touch was amazing and very secure. Once we put the do not disturb up but they cleaned the room anyways. |

Room was clean and modern. Location was good, easy to find ( it is directly opposite the opera house ) near enough to the metro station at piazza republica. The staff didnt know much English but they still did their best to be helpful. No breakfast - but it was easy enough to get breakfast elsewhere |

It was fantastic hotel! Is simply De Luxe. Very welcoming and helpfull stuff. The localization is quality in front of the Opera and close to Termini and main street. In my opinion no breakfast is additional plus. Definately would come back there! |

The room was spacious with an excellent view of the Opera House. The rain shower was excellent, with hydrotherapy and chromotherapy. A large flat-screen tv in the room and you could rent DVDs from the hotel which was handy during the times when it was too hot to go out. The small communal kitchen with free tea and coffee facilities was very handy. |
