Hyvä sijainti, siistit huoneet. Ei aamupalaa, mutta omat jääkaapit ja keittiö yhteistilassa, jossa voi keittää teetä/kahvia ja syödä eväitä.

Vastaanotto on auki vain virka-aikaan, joten jos saapuu hotelliin myöhään pitää se sopia erikseen. Huoneiden luovutus jo kello 10 ja matkalaukkujen säilytys maksoi erikseen.

Hyvä sijainti, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy ja hinta oli edullinen.

Hyvää oli näköala oopperatalolle, ilmastointi, suuri televisio, huoneen materiaalit, hierova suihku värivaloineen, kahvi-ja teemahdollisuus käytävällä.

Vanha hissi tahtoi olla usein varattu jollekin muulle, eikä ottanut vastaan "varausta" joten välillä sai kävellä portaita.

Huone oli erittäin siisti ja todella hyvällä paikalla, lyhyt matka metrolle ja rautatieasemalle.

Aamupalaa hotellista ei saanut, mutta huoneessa oleva jääkaappi pelasti tuonkin tilanteen. varuksen yhteydessä mainittiin, että aamupalan saa erillistä korvausta vastaan mutta se ei onnistunutkaan.

Everything was brilliant! Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean, location was perfect, I can't recommend this place enough!!

The only possible restriction was that the reception was only staffed 8am - 5pm but this was not a problem for us, they provided all the info we needed when we checked in

It was a cosey, relaxed inn which we enjoyed. It was easy to find your way around Rome from this point. Getting to and from the airport was hassle free due to the train station being so close. ( 10 min walk )

The hotel is in a great location. Over looking the Opera house the street is fairly quiet by Rome standards, and while not right next to any of the major sites, it's close to most of them, within a 10/15 minute walk, or to the Termini for further afield. The room was clean and bright, the shower was impressive and the service was good. It's useful having a fridge in your room, and the tea and coffee facilities outside were great as well. The staff were really helpful and booked us some tickets to see the Vatican museum when we were there. There's also a couple of nice bars and a really nice restaurant right below the hotel.

It was comfortable, friendly, felt authentically Italian, and the staff were knowledgable and very helpful,

The limit of one key per room and the absence of 24 hour concierge service.

Great area easy to get to from train station, but you have to look for it not a normal hotel front just two large doors. Rooms small but everything u need.

The location was great. Good sized room with comfortable bed and clean.

Common breakfast area poorly stocked. Shower could have had more power. An english language entertainment tv channel would have been nice.

Easy access for some of the main attractions and excellent tranport links.
