Szalenie niesympatyczna recepcjonistka. Nie tylko, że nie czuliśmy się oczekiwanymi I mile widzianymi gośćmi (zero uśmiechu I obyczajem przyjętych sformułowań ,,miłego dnia" etc.)ale też mimo zażaleń przez cały pobyt nie naprawiła zatkanego bodzika.A Móc się umyć to chyba minimum czego można się spodziewać za drobne 140 Euro dziennie?!!!! |

Opis hotelu zawarty na stronie booking.com sugeruje możliwość korzystania z darmowego minibaru czyli z zawartością, a jest to po prostu możliwość korzystania z lodówki (i to nie 40 ale 30 litrowej). Brak recepcji 24h przy jednoczesnym zagubieniu karty otwierającej nie tylko pokój, ale także drzwi do budynku i drzwi na piętrze, spowodować mógłby konieczność spędzenia nocy pod mostem. |

Everything was brilliant! Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean, location was perfect, I can't recommend this place enough!! The only possible restriction was that the reception was only staffed 8am - 5pm but this was not a problem for us, they provided all the info we needed when we checked in |

The location. It's a "bed and breakfast" but there is no breakfast! The rooms are very small. It's not a real "hotel" as described but just a large appartment split in 5 rooms with a common kitchenette. The staff was nice but not always present at the reception. You have to leave a caution for a second key. You have to pay if you want to watch a dvd. You are asked to pay for the whole stay before even entering the room (I think they are afraid that once you see the room you go elsewhere). I would classify this "hotel" or "bed and breakfast" or whatever one may call it as a tourist trap... |

It was a cosey, relaxed inn which we enjoyed. It was easy to find your way around Rome from this point. Getting to and from the airport was hassle free due to the train station being so close. ( 10 min walk ) |

the executive room (95euro/night) was small, but comfortably plush, and the multi-coloured lighting multi-jet jacuzzi shower was fun.. very charming lift, cute courtyard (not sure it is for guest use though) & staff speak english and very helpful. can't think of a bettter location with respect to shopping, enotecas, sight-seeing & metro/train to airport. i will be returning, no question.. The hotel is in a great location. Over looking the Opera house the street is fairly quiet by Rome standards, and while not right next to any of the major sites, it's close to most of them, within a 10/15 minute walk, or to the Termini for further afield. The room was clean and bright, the shower was impressive and the service was good. It's useful having a fridge in your room, and the tea and coffee facilities outside were great as well. The staff were really helpful and booked us some tickets to see the Vatican museum when we were there. There's also a couple of nice bars and a really nice restaurant right below the hotel. |

Thank you for a lovely time. The room was great and staff very pleasant. The location was also quite good! Just a tiny issue, there was body odour on the blanket when we arrived. |

Every thing was fantastic. And I would recommend it to a friend. The room and service was excellent On arriving to the hotel it was difficult to find the door as it was not clearly marked. The lift was very old and a bit scarry. |
